A Japanese national owner wants to construct an Frontage – 121.57 meters
International Airport located at San Andres Quezon facing the Elevation of Site: 10% going to East Orientation
Ragay Gulf . The client wants a futuristic structure but will Orientation:

All plans and elevations shall be drawn in an A2 size paper layout using AutoCAD software. For
Interior/Exterior Perspective any Apps like Lumion/SketchUp are allowed
A three (3) minute Walk thru presentation will be presented as part of the Oral Presentation.(Optional)
For those who have no Laptop/Desktop-You can submit Manual drafting drawn in A2 .

Due date: April 26,2024,7:00 PM only +10


Oral Presentation will start on April 26 (+5) and until April 30, 2024, Only. Beyond the due date, a deduction
of 10 points will be imposed.
