*Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have

positively influenced others others , helped resolved disputes or

contributed to group efforts over time ?

A time where i showed leadership and influenced others to show

leadership was when i saw a group of “popular kids “ bullying a special
needs kids who also had other disabilities along with it . First what
happened was i was walking in the hallway as i was talking to my friend
she left to go to class and i was on my way to mines which was choir as
im walking i hear kids just screaming at somebody and i was walking
through the special needs hallway and i noticed that they were bullying
one of the special needs kids so in that moment i was really mad because
all the kids at the school always make fun of them and fight them so
basically i stepped in and i defended the boy which his name was edward
and so i yelled at them and they still did not stop so i pushed one of them
they cussed me out but that still did not scare me all i wanted to do was
make sure the boy was okay . Finally at the end it was a lot of people
watching me and they felt motivated in a way so from there we sort of
started a campaign just to let people know that it is not okay to bully
special need just people in general .

*Every person has a creative side , and it can be expressed in many ways :
problem solving , original and innovative thinking , original and
innovative thinking , and artistically , to name a few . Describe how you
express you express your creative side .

Im creative in many different ways . The first way im creative is im very

kind - hearted to anybody that i meet or help because i feel like all people
deserve to be treated with respect and everybody deserves a chance in
the world . The second way is im very thoughtful and caring . Whenever
im like doing something i always get everybody else something because i
honestly feel bad because i just have a good heart . Also am caring
because I always doing things for everybody and i always put other
people before myself .

What would you say is your greatest talent or skill? How have you
developed and demonstrated that talent over time ?

My greatest skill that i have is that everytime i get a job after a couple of
weeks working i become a manager of the shifts that I work with other
people . I personally believe that this a talent because typically people
who get jobs they have to wait months in order to become a shift
manager , Assistant manager or even Store manager . My first job i had
which is dunkin donuts my mom was the boss throughout my whole
working career but , the thing is when i get a job i learn all the material
and everything i need to know within in the first . Honestly for me to
perfect my work in become one of the top employees it took me about a
month to do .

Describe the most significant challenge you have face and the steps you
have taken to overcome this challenge . How has this challenge affected
your academic achievement ?

The most significant challenge i have faced was when i became homeless
because my mother kicked me out . The steps i had to take to overcome
this challenge was first , I prayed , I had positive thought , I was talking
to my best friend who was always there she would always be by my side
and i would just cry everything out like whenever i was homeless i would
just sit and cry and scream just to let all my emotions out .
