The completed application becomes the confidential property of NABA and is not returnable.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all the information and accompanying material provided in connection

NABA may at any time require applicants to provide satisfactory verification of the information and documents
submitted as part of their application. If an applicant is unable to do so, the university reserves the right to cease

NABA POLICY FOR FINANCIAL AID RENEWAL

In order to get the renewal of the Financial Aid for the following academic years (2nd and/or 3rd), the recipient should comply with
the re-enrollment procedure (no need to submit any additional FA application) and meet the requirements mentioned here below.

UNDERGRADUATE 2ND YEAR STUDENTS A.Y. 2023/24 (financial aid assigned in the a.y. 2022/23)
 Achievement of at least 30 credits by the end of the 3rd exams session – fall/September
 Weighed Average not lower than 27/30 by the end of the 3rd exams session - fall/September
UNDERGRADUATE 3RD YEAR STUDENTS A.Y. 2024/25 (financial aid assigned in the a.y. 2022/23)
 Achievement of at least 88 credits by the end of the 3rd exams session - fall/September
 Weighed Average not lower than 27/30 by the end of the 3rd exams session - fall/September
MASTER OF ARTS 2ND YEAR STUDENTS A.Y. 2023/24 (financial aid assigned in the a.y. 2022/23)

In order to get the renewal of the Financial Aid for the following academic year (2nd and 3rd), the recipient should comply with
NABA re-enrollment procedure and meet the requirements mentioned here above.
At the end of the 3rd session of exams (fall/September session), the Academic Registration’s office will check whether the recipient
has the requirements to renew the Financial Aid.
The confirmation of the Financial Aid will be communicated to the student within October 31, 2022.
