Website Redemption Process

Step 1
1. Please visit www.benepikplus.com
2. Register using your Mobile number and Email Address.
3. A Verification Code will be sent to Mobile Number and Email Address

Successful Login

Step 2
1. After successful login, you will direct on Home Page and see the amount available
for redemption.
2. If your email address is not verified, verify it first to view the redemption amount.
3. If you have Redemption Code, enter it under “Activate Now” section.

Redeem Your Voucher

Step 4
1. User can select the preferred merchant and click on “Redeem Now”.
2. A verification code will be sent to user’s mobile number to complete the
redemption process.
3. Once the voucher is generated, it will be available in My Purchase section.

Gifting. At Benepik Plus, you can redeem your rewards at your favorite merchants
including Movies, Retail, Online shopping, Electronics, Personal Care, Travel, Food
& Drink, Fashion & Many more.

2. How can I get Benepik Plus?

Benepik Plus is available for both Android & IOS devices. You can download
Benepik Plus app from Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

3. I have received the reward in my Benepik Plus wallet; however, I don’t see any
amount.

This is generally because you may not have completed the email verification
process. You will need to verify your email address after login to activate the
amount credited in your wallet.

4. How can I redeem the amount in my wallet?

You can view the amount available for redemption in the app.

Click on the Redeem button to browse through the voucher categories & redeem
multiple vouchers as per your convenience.

5. What are the options for redemption?

We have over 200+ merchants in the voucher categories. You can view different
categories like Fashion, Online Shopping, Movies etc. Click on Redeem Now button
to redeem your preferred voucher.

6. What is the validity of the amount in my Benepik Plus wallet?

The amount in your Benepik Plus Wallet has the validity of 1 year from the date of
activation.
You can view your Benepik Plus wallet validity in the app.

7. What is the validity of the vouchers?

You can view voucher validity & other terms in My Vouchers section. Please go to
My Vouchers, select the voucher and view the valid date.

8. My voucher validity has expired, can it be extended?

No, once the validity of the voucher has expired, it cannot be extended.

9. I have already redeemed a voucher, can I change it & redeem another


voucher?

Once you redeem any voucher, it cannot be changed or exchanged with any other
voucher.

10. Can I redeem multiple vouchers on Benepik Plus?

You can always redeem multiple vouchers provided you have sufficient amount for
the redemption in your Benepik Plus wallet.

Click on Redeem Now button to visit voucher categories.

11. How can I update my mobile number?

Go to Profile, then Update Mobile Number, you can now enter your new mobile
number which will be verified through a verification code.

12. How can I update my email address?

Go to Profile and select Update Email. Now, enter your new email address which
will be verified which will be verified through a verification code.
