Method:
▪ Sieve all the dry ingredients except salt sugar & yeast.
▪ Add salt, sugar & yeast, mix it well.
▪ Make a well in the centre.
▪ Add water & oil in parts, knead it into a soft dough.
▪ Divide a dough into ¾ and ¼ part
▪ Take ¼ part of dough and add food color for marbled
effect.
▪ Now give shape from ¾ part of dough and put smaller
portions dough top of it.
▪ Grease a baking tray.
▪ Place it on baking tray with 3 inch distance between them.
▪ Place it in proofing chamber for 40 mins till it double in
size.
▪ Spray a mist of water on the roundels & sprinkle sesame
seeds on it.
▪ Bake it at 200 C for 12-13 mins (light golden crust)
▪ Give a butter wash & keep it on cooling tray till it cools
down.
Variation Herb Rolls – Add 5gms of dried herbs ( oregano ) in the oil
