Good health is important for us all. Here are some ideas to help you be healthy.

Get a good night’s sleep.

Sleep is important and you need to sleep about seven or eight hours every night. Make sure that you have a
comfortable bed and that your bedroom is quiet.

Get up early.
The morning is a good time to think about the things you have to do today. Make a list of things that you have
to do for the rest of the day. Think about the morning, afternoon and evening, and make a plan.

Eat healthy food.

My favorite day of the week is Wednesday. I know that most people like the weekend, but my favorite day
is Wednesday. On Wednesdays I finish school early, at noon, and then I have a Chinese class. I love to study
Chinese and I have a three-hour class on Wednesdays. Then in the evening I usually eat pizza and watch a
movie with my girlfriend.
