4. Incident Details:
Brief description of the main On Monday 17th May 2021, SAPAC were tasked to carry out Excavation Activity to Expose
circumstances leading to the Fibre Optic Line Near the Utility of NEOM Community 1 Station 12+600. Sapac started work at
