BANANA STICK

A banana stick is a term that typically refers to a banana that has been skewered on a stick or wooden

skewer for ease of handling or for presentation purposes. It's often used as a convenient way to eat a banana

without getting one's hands sticky, especially in settings like festivals or events where food is consumed on

the go. Additionally, banana sticks can be dipped in chocolate or other coatings to create a tasty dessert or

snack option. A banana stick typically refers to a peeled banana that is skewered onto a stick or wooden

skewer, often for ease of handling or as a fun presentation method. This method can make it easier to eat the

banana without getting one's hands messy, and it's commonly seen as a convenient snack option, especially

in settings like festivals or events. Additionally, banana sticks can be dipped in various toppings like

chocolate or caramel for added flavor and enjoyment.

CHEESE STICK

A cheese stick is a savory snack made from cheese that has been formed into a stick-like shape.

Typically, these snacks are elongated and may resemble a thin rod or cylinder. They can be made from

various types of cheese, such as mozzarella or cheddar, and are often coated in a breadcrumb or batter

mixture before being baked or fried until crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Cheese sticks are

popular appetizers or party snacks, often served with marinara sauce or other dipping sauces for added

flavor. They provide a satisfyingly cheesy and crunchy bite that's loved by both children and adults alike. A

cheese stick typically refers to a snack made from cheese that has been shaped into a stick-like form. These

sticks are often individually wrapped for convenience and portability.

They can be made from various types of cheese, such as mozzarella or cheddar, and may be seasoned

CHOCOLATE/MILO TRUFFLE

A chocolate/milo truffle is a French chocolate traditionally made with a chocolate ganache center and

coated in cocoa powder, coconut, or chopped nuts. A chocolate truffle is handrolled into a spherical or ball

shape. The name derives from the chocolate truffle's similarity in appearance to truffles, a tuber fungus. It

was created in the city of Chambéry by the pastry chef Louis Dufour. But our chocolate truffle is made of

Milo and condensed milk.

Chocolate/Milo truffles are soft and slightly sticky. They melt in your mouth. These confections are

sweet but not too sweet and have a rich chocolate taste without being bitter. They are the perfect little treats

to sink your teeth in.

CHAPTER 1
A SYMPHONY OF MENU AND STRATEGIES

The sweetness danced in the air as the kitchen bustled with the orchestrated chaos of culinary

creativity. In a small, quaint restaurant nestled in the heart of the city, the team of chefs embarked on a daily

mission to weave magic into their dishes, believing that food could for the soul.
 As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the city, patrons began to trickle into

the cozy haven of Soulful Bites. The menu, a chocolate truffle, fruit salad, banana stick, and cheese stick,

promised a journey that would satisfy not just hunger but also the deepest cravings of the soul.

Chocolate Truffle, Fruit Salad, Banana Stick, & Cheese Stick will be sold inside the campus of

Bulihan Integrated Senior High School. Price. Chocolate Truffle would cost of five pesos (Php. 10.00) each

ball. Banana Stick would cost of (Php. 10.00) and Cheese Stick would cost of (Php. 10.00). Promotion,

indulge in pure bliss with our exquisite product, a heavenly symphony of menu. Elevate your taste

experience and treat yourself to the divine richness of our handcrafted our appetizer and dessert, where

every bite is a moment of pure, decadent delight.

The chocolate truffle, banana stick, and cheese stick, emerged a playing its unique notes on the

palate. The velvety richness of the chocolate truffle, releasing a symphony of milo and condensed milk that

lingered as a sweet afterthought. The banana stick, a tropical delight on a skewer, brought forth a

harmonious blend of natural sweetness and a crisp. Meanwhile, the cheese stick, a savory crescendo of

melted goodness encased in a golden crust, tantalized taste buds with its comforting warmth. Lastly, the fruit

salad, a refreshing finale, showcased a vibrant medley of textures and flavors, bringing the curtain down on

our gastronomic journey with a burst of natural sweetness and wholesome freshness.

CHAPTER II
MARKETING PLAN

A. Product Description

A unique appetizer called “CHEESE STICK” is made of cheese, mozzarella cheese and a wrapper.

There are numerous kinds of Cheese Stick and methods to serve it. Some like to have it with a ketchup or

mayo ketchup for their sauce and some enjoy it without sauce. Moreover, some people prefer a Cheese Stick

that are ready to cooked and some people are making their own Cheese Stick. One thing is guaranteed of
how it is made or serve: in this variant, the cheese is cut in 3-inch length same as the cut on the mozzarella

cheese. Although the mozzarella is optional, we put the mozzarella inside our Cheese Stick to have an extra

pull on our cheese stick and also to enhance our presentation and also to add some flavour to our Cheese

Stick.

Banana Stick are created by rolling up crumbled in sesame seeds. There are numerous kinds of

Banana Stick and methods to serve or cooked it. Some people prefer to cook in their Banana was Banana

Cue, Banana Chips etc…. Moreover, some people are not familiar in our product (Banana Stick). one thing

that is guaranteed of how it is made or serve in our customer: in this variant, the Banana Stick are small

small stick created by rolling in the sesame seeds. This is a fantastic kid-friendly and a healthy appetizer for

a small business idea. They are enjoyable and don’t require to bake it. To make the Banana Stick, you can

prepare a basic ingredients. Prepare 5 ingredients—banana, cornstarch,flour, egg and sesame seeds then

combine it. To make it more presentable put some sesame seeds once the banana stick is cooked.

A unique and new to people dessert called “Chocolate/Milo Truffle” is made out of 2 ingredients.

Most of people prefer to use the cocoa powder or a chocolate bar to make a chocolate truffle but in this

variation we use milo. This is a fantastic kid-friendly and sweet dessert for a small business idea. To make

the Chocolate/Milo Truffle just prepare 2 ingredients—Milo and condense milk—Which ever garnishes used

in our product, we assure that it is a sweet dessert perfect for your taste.

give them a nutritious delight at a affordable price for our customers. Every customer with whom we

one of our customers and give them some coupon for them to enjoy our products and when they already

have 10 coupons they will have a free products from our team.

Cost based pricing shall be utilized by us where in the basis of the markup is the cost. The selling

price of product is Php 10.00 per piece in Cheese Stick and Banana Stick, then for Chocolate/Milo Truffle

is Php 10.00 per piece.

F. Sanitary

Cleaning and sanitizing procedures including wiping, sweeping, applying sanitizers, wearing gloves

and hairnet that have been approved are included in the food sanitation operations, as well as practicing

good hygiene. For food sanitation are carried out to lessen the possibility of exposing/giving the customers
illnesses. Employ the plastic gloves to protect bare skin from touching the food that is ready to make/serve.

This includes regular cleaning and disinfection of utensils, and regular hand washing, and proper handling of

food to prevent contamination. You may may avoid obtaining spill and stains on your clothes by wearing an

apron. Also, wearing an apron will prevent your inner clothes from getting dirt, spills, stains, dust and debris

when preparing the food, serving guest, cleaning, or engaging in creative activities. Also, wash your hands

before and after touching the food to prevent the spreading of bacteria to the meal you’re preparing.

Production Process

The production process begins with ensuring the freshest and highest-quality components for the

following ingredient preparation, the next step involves precise measurements and mixing to create the

foundational elements of dish, emphasizing the importance of balanced flavors and textures.
