Application
The machine simulates to test the ability of product against impact damage in the real environment, such as

handling, stacking of shelves, sliding motor, loading and unloading of locomotives, transportation of

products, etc. It can also be used as scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, packaging

technology testing center, packaging materials factory and foreign trade, transportation and other

departments of the impact of the common test equipment slope.

Feature
 The moving plate is flexible, easy to fix position, as well as to change speed

 The height of the trolley can be adjusted to a level, which is conducive to the installation of the test

sample; the enhanced impact-resistant plate ensures structure be firm.

 The trolley table can be adjusted to the horizontal level for the user to install the test piece; the angle

adjustment is driven by the cylinder, which is flexible and convenient.

 It can be operated at a certain distance from the control box to ensure the safety of the test personnel.

 Customer only needs to fix the machine on the ground without any complicated operation or

installation.

Component Description
1. Impact car, welded from 45# Steel, with high impact resistance behaviour. Compare with old model, it

remove the traction car and equipped a special structure of impact release, which can reduce volume of

machine, saving the lab space, and reducing breakdown ratio.

2. Sliding track, using I-beam and high-strength parallel rails to reduce the friction between tracks and

wheels during testing.

3. Impact plate, welded from 45 # steel, not deformed during impact process under impact energy of

4. Motor system, the variable frequency motor and reducer are used to drive the impact car move up, and

then release. So the impact car can slide freely. The impact speed will be calculated automatically during

sliding.

5. Displacement encoder, used to calculate the impact distance during test. Customer can set the impact

speed by PLC controlling program.

6. Lifting cylinder. The track shall be in horizontal status during sample installation. When starting to test, it will

lift up for a angle of 10degree automatically.

It can lift up for 10degree automatically when starting test.

7. Chain, used to lift up the test plate.

8. Hydraulic buffer, used to reduce the impact between impact car and impact plate.
