Mostly these are related to Roster input data

5 tickets raised are related to DM picking up previous quarter's


data. Workaround is to create a new DM.
7 are raised due to incorrect handling of vacant territories during
cycle submission. Workarouns is to have a dummy user created
for the vacant territory.

These are tasks. Some are attributed to understanding gaps/miss


at client end.

Cycle was expected to reach Regional Manager for approval but only shows for
admin and not for the regional manager

progress instead of completed. Can you please check

no CVM BU SLM can access/view refinement cycle for Q3’23. Refinement cycle is not
even visible in their field facing.

Kindly look into this matter ASAP. If they can’t view refinement cycle how they will
refine the goals.

Hi Team, Client (FLSM) is getting error while selecting Pneumovax product in Vaccine
cycle.

Roster is of same format as it was in Q2’23. We can’t show employee info in rep level
as there are multiple reps aligned on single Geo_ID so only Geo_ID specific
information is shown in roster. It is similar as Q2’23.
