Dear Guardians,

Good day! We, the Grade 11 STEM students are currently conducting a study about the factors
that affects the college preparation of Grade 12 STEM students, specifically, in choosing their
specific course. Attached here is an interview guide to gather data and/or information for our
research work entitled, “Road to Readiness: Understanding the College Preparedness of Grade
12 STEM Students in Choosing Their Specific Course”.

In this connection, we ask for your kind indulgence and consideration by allowing your child
for conducting an in-person interview on this dates, April 17-19, 2024 at 11:00-12:00 noon in
Gymnasium outside of the Malvar Senior High School.

Please be assured that his/her participation in this research will be greatly appreciated, and
his/her contribution will be in conducting this data gathering process as part of the study. If
you have any questions or concerns about the research project or the data gathering process,
