Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating jhama metal/Laterite


chelly or stone metal/shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite
3 thickness (measured after compaction) in layer including screening of metals 100 Cum
etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with
power roller 10 T Vibromax to proper line, grade and camber, lighting,
guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one meter
width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed
by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all
materials and hire and labour charges of all men machinaries and compacting
to the required density, as per clause 404 of specifications for Road & Bridge
Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) (100 mm thick)

4 Providing and applying Prime Coat using cationic bituminous emulsion of 1000 Sqm
approved grade over prepared surface including cleaning of surface with
broom applying tackcoat including the cost of all materials, labour.

Providing & Laying Bituminous Macadam (50 mm Thickness) of specified


5 grade by mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty using approved agreegates and 1000 Sqm
bitumen on prepared surface, screening cleaning and pre-heating, preparing a
uniform mix, spreading the mixed materials at specified laying temperature
over the surface and rolling with power roller to specified grade, line and
cross-section including hire charges of fuel, lubricants and all other
machinaries and materials complete.

6 Providing & applying Prime Coat using cationic bituminous emulsion of 3000 Sqm
approved grade over prepared surface including cleaning of surface with
broom applying tackout including the cost of all materials, labour.
Providing and laying 20 mm thick open graded Premix Carpet using 13.2 mm
7 @ 0.018 M3/M2 and 11.2 mm @0.009 M3/M2 size stone agreegates including 3000 Sqm
through cleaning of the surface applying tackcoat preheating stonechips and
fully precoating the same with hot matrix @ 54.00 Kg/M 3 of agreegates laying
the premixed chips uniformly over the surfacein proper level rolling with
power roller, including the cost and carriage of all materials, related
machinaries and labour.

Providing & Laying premixed 6 mm Thick Seal Coat (type-B) with approved
8 quality of sand @ 0.6 M3/100 M2 and hot bitumen buider on throughly 3000 Sqm
cleaned black top surface including heating and mixing cleaned sand
uniformly with hot binder @113.5 kg/M3 of sand suitable pan/mix plant
followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of all
materials, related achinaries and labour (Using Red sand type B).
Drainage Portion Work (Length - 80 mtr x Breadth - 1 Mtr)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain, in all sorts of soil


9 (including mixed soil and material coming out from existing road) including 30 Cum
removing, spreading or stacking the soils within a lead of 500 m as directed.
The item includes necessary trimming and sides of trenches, levelling,
dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.
(Item rate included disposal of extra material out of excavation to outside
premises and safety barrication etc without extra cost)

Providing and Laying Plain cement concrete (100 mm Thick) including site
10 mixing, pouring, compacting with vibrator, finishing, curing etc complete with 4.2 Cum
all materials and labour at all depths and including all othe incidental charges
in this connection. 1:3:6 (Site Mixing)

11 Reinforcement of Reinforced concrete 8 mm dia work in all sorts of structures 1.4 Mt


including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and
removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and
binding with 16 gauge wire to correct shape, placing in proper position.

RCC M30 Grade concrete at road by RMC with Broom finish, pouring,
12 compacting with vibrator, finishing curing etc. complete with all material 12.6 Cum
(Steel), shuttering, labour, tools & tackles at all depths and incliding all other
incidental charges in this connection. (Site Mixing with 10/20 Concrete mixing
machine)
13 Shuttering work with 15 mm thick ply including wooden runner, planks etc. 160 Sqm
complete and removing after 24 hours of concreting.
