Great job with building relationships/rapport with patients! Learning to prioritize

patient care and how to plan your shift to get everything done that you need to is
a tough skill to learn, but you’re on the right track! You have done a great job
working with doctors (calling/discussing needs with them), and hopefully there
will be more opportunities to collaborate with all members of the healthcare
team. You have done a great job helping me with skills and with patient care that
needs to be completed.

Great job with assessments! I put a 3 because I can tell they are getting
more thorough, just some things that sometimes get forgotten when
performing the initial assessment.
