Video Presentation Guidelines:


All exhibitors are required to submit a video presentation of their invention for the
purpose of the competition judging system. Failure to do so may subject to
disqualification of the competition entry.

The video must comply to the following criteria:


• The duration of the video MUST NOT exceed EIGHT (8) minutes
• The video MUST be submitted in MP4/WMV/AVI/MPEG file format
• The video may be presented using various methods or creative techniques
deemed necessary to enhance the presentation of the invention or innovation
• The introductory frame must contain the title and the category of the invention
or innovation, the name of the inventors, organisation affiliation and country

– Purpose of the invention or innovation
– How it works and/or its functionality
– Its inventive or innovative features
– The intended users
– Its marketability and potential for commercialisation
– The approximate cost of production
– Impact on the environment
– Other details that will project the unique and special features of the invention

1. Avoid putting in special characters and symbols in video
file name.
2. Video file name should be less than 50 characters.
