 Maintained Production Records:. This involved recording various aspects of the manufacturing process, such as
the number of units produced, any defects or issues encountered, and the overall efficiency of the production line.
These records were crucial for tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance
with quality standards
 Learned about Crane Assembly, Fabrication, and Design: I gained comprehensive knowledge of the assembly,
fabrication, and designing processes for 2075 and 2475 cranes. This included understanding the intricate
components and mechanisms involved, such as the hydraulic systems, structural elements, and safety features. I
also learned how to interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication.
 Developed and Implemented Safety and Efficiency Procedures: I took the initiative to develop and implement
procedures aimed at enhancing the safety and efficiency of crane operations. This involved conducting thorough
risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and devising strategies to mitigate risks. Additionally, I focused
on optimizing workflow and resource utilization to improve overall efficiency. These efforts resulted in a safer
work environment and increased productivity

 This project explores the intricate mechanics of weld joints through advanced CAD modeling and Finite
Element Analysis (FEA). It meticulously simulates various butt joint types, including U-groove and V-
groove, to understand their stress distribution and potential failure points. By comparing simulation results
with experimental data, it aims to optimize weld joint designs for enhanced safety and efficiency in
industrial applications

 This literature review explores how different welding processes affect the mechanical properties and
microstructures of materials like steel and alloys. It highlights the importance of welding parameters and

PUBLICATIONS
Robocasting of bone scaffolds using magnesium phosphate with addition of carbon nanotubes
(Status: Going on) December 2023- Present
 This research focuses on developing bone scaffolds that mimic native bone structure and biomechanics, crucial
for regenerative medicine.
 It explores the use of magnesium phosphate (MGP) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to optimize scaffold synthesis
and enhance mechanical properties.
 The study aims to advance tissue engineering and bone repair by utilizing 3D-printed MGP-based scaffolds
injected with CNTs, potentially improving patient outcomes.
