Please describe your The dream of a police officer is to be given the responsibility for protecting
planned and serving their communities, helping people in times of need, fighting crime,
contribution to etc. It is the most demanding career in Bangladesh. My goal is to dedicate

development after my dream of serving my country by working in law enforcement, a lot of hard

Policing has been changing everyday in every ways and today policing here

sensitized to issues regarding human rights, gender and children in
Bangladesh. I would enhance the professional competencies and help to
career development of police officers and the eligible candidates who are
advancing to enrich their academic prudence.
Moreover, I will be able to employ a wide range of research tools, methods
and approaches to produce new knowledge of justice issues and guide policy
development and inform decision making. Using appropriate ethical ideas and
reflective practice skills, I could address situations and problems in justice
settings demonstrating cultural, social, and environmental sensitivity.
Furthermore, i will be able to use a range of communication, conflict
management, and leadership skills to work productively with a diverse range
of people in justice environments, as well as within teams. Additionally, I will
be able to guide and assist members of the public particularly the poor,
disabled, or physically weak and children who are either lost or find
themselves helpless on streets or other public places and aid individuals who
are in danger of physical harm particularly women and children.
