1 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

1.1 Introduction
This document describes Kongsberg Maritime’s Watch Calling
System and assumes that the system is being used as part of
a larger Alarm & Monitoring System, such as the Kongsberg
K-Chief 500 system. Installation and commissioning of the
Watch Calling System is based upon criteria which is specially
defined by a Classification Society. Therefore, its operation
and features are not “standard”, but can vary slightly with
each installation and commissioning. The information in this
handbook will provide a clear understanding of the Kongsberg
Maritime Watch Calling System, and its basic operation and
features.

The Watch Calling System comprises both hardware panels and a

software program, which consists of:
• Watch Bridge Unit (WBU)
• Watch Cabin Units (WCU)
• WCS software program for installing into an Operation
Station (OS)
The hardware panels are used for displaying activated alarms,
to provide information regarding which location has WATCH
RESPONSIBILITY and to identify the “on-duty officers”. The
Operator Station is a standard personal computer with a display
screen. The computer also receives (reads) operator responses
from the WCS panels. Operator panels are used to interact with
the WCS.

319753/A 9
Kongsberg WCS

Main features
The Kongsberg Maritime Watch Calling System is designed to
enhance the operational features of a larger Alarm & Monitoring
System such as the K-Chief 500 by:
• Allowing “mobility” of the ship’s personnel
• Allowing “flexibility” in assigning watch locations
• Conforming to (specified) Classification Society criteria
• Allowing the possibility to select an engineer on-duty also
during ER-attended condition
The Watch Calling System uses a “group definition” when
forwarding alarms from the “Alarm & Monitoring System” to the
“on duty officers” Watch Cabin Unit (WCU) located in a cabin
or a public area (with WCU panels). By being able to forward
alarms in this manner, the “on duty officers” are not tied to one
location, but can be at any public location with a WCU.
The usual watch-responsibility configuration for the Watch
Calling System normally includes watch-responsibility
assignment between two (2) main areas. However, a third
(optional) location is possible:
1 The Engine Control Room (ECR) is always assumed to be
the default “watch responsible” location.
2 The Bridge is an alternative “watch responsible” location.
3 The Cargo Control Room (CCR) is an (optional)
alternative “watch responsible” location.

1.2 Basic design and operation

The Watch Calling System consists of:
• The Watch Bridge Units (WBUs), which are hardware panels
located at the bridge.
• The Watch Cabin Units (WCUs) which are hardware panels
located in cabins and public areas.
• A Controller Area Network with the communication software
for communication with the panels.
• The WCS software program, which is loaded into the
computer.

10 319753/A
System description

Figure 2 Basic components of the Watch Calling System

Simply explained, operation of the WCS is as follows:

1 Alarm signals are transmitted via a Local Area Network
(LAN) to the Operator Station.
2 The WCS software program at the computer allows an
engineer to define:
• Which attended/manned location will have WATCH
RESPONSIBILITY.
• Which engineers/officers are ON DUTY.
• Which panels are group-defined for the different “on duty
officers”.
3 WCS alarm and communication between the computer
and the WBU/WCU panels is via the Controller Area
Network (CAN).

Operator interaction
Operator interaction with the WCS consists of defining the
following information for the WCS:
• Selecting WATCH RESPONSIBILITY location
• Selecting ON DUTY officers
• Updating officer qualifications
• Calling the designated ON DUTY officers or all qualified
officers
• WBU/WCU panels defined by group for the ON DUTY
officers
• Selecting the panel’s “off duty” mode of display
The WCS software program will compare the ON DUTY watch
assignments with each assigned officer’s qualifications. The
WCS will not accept the assignment unless the assigned officer
is qualified for the duty.

319753/A 11
Kongsberg WCS

Note
It is also possible to select an officer on-duty during Unattended
Engine Room. This feature has been requested by many
shipowners, and can easily be used for instance during
lunch-breaks, docking etc. The alarm will then be transferred to
the selected officers cabin in addition to the Mess Room Panels.

Watch Bridge Unit (WBU)

The Watch Bridge Unit panel is located on the ship’s bridge and
is used to relay alarm information and communication from the
remote operator station to personnel on the bridge. The Watch
Bridge Unit interacts with the WCS and its main functions are to:
• Indicate who has WATCH RESPONSIBILITY.
• Indicate who is ON DUTY.
• Indicate the current alarm status.
• Sound an audible alarm whenever a new alarm condition
occurs and someone is ON DUTY.
• Allow the bridge watch to contact (call) duty personnel.

Watch Cabin Unit (WCU)

The Watch Cabin Unit panels are placed at various locations
throughout the ship, e.g. the cabins and in public areas such as
the Mess Room, TV room etc. The Watch Cabin Unit interacts
with the WCS and its main functions are to:
• Indicate who is ON DUTY.
• Indicate when the ON DUTY officers are being called and
who is calling.
• Indicate the current alarm status.
• Sound an audible alarm whenever a new alarm condition
occurs, i.e.:
– For WCU panels in cabin locations: only when defined
as ON DUTY.
– For WCU panels in public area locations: only when
someone is defined as ON DUTY.

Repeat alarm feature

The Watch Calling System receives alarm conditions from an
Alarm & Monitoring System, and forwards the alarms such that
they do not go unacknowledged, but that an appropriate response
is achieved.

12 319753/A
System description

Panel “Group” definition feature

Each ON DUTY officer is assigned a group of WCU panels
which “belong” to that officer-position grouping. For example,
the Chief Engineer can be assigned WCU panels which are
defined to the Chief Engineer as a “group”, but which are situated
at different locations. Whenever the Chief Engineer (or the 1st
Engineer) is the assigned ON DUTY officer, the panels which
have been assigned to that “group” become ON DUTY active
panels.

Panel “Off Duty” definition feature

When an officer is OFF DUTY, all the WCU panels assigned to
that “officer-position group” will be defined as being “off duty”
active or “off duty” passive.
• Off Duty ACTIVE: The panel will not sound an alarm, but
will continue to display all the LED indicators and alarms.
• Off Duty PASSIVE: The panel will not sound an alarm.
LCD-type panels will display “date and time” information
only. Pressing the controls on a LCD-type panel will display
the alarms. (The LEDs on the LED-type panels will remain
dark).

Kongsberg WCS

Watch Calling System panels

The WCS is designed to enhance the operation of an existing
Alarm and Monitoring System, and therefore, its software
program is “added” to the programs which are already resident
in the Operator Station.
In addition to the WCS software program, the Watch Calling
System requires the use of hardware panels which are called the
Watch Bridge Unit (WBU) and the Watch Cabin Unit (WCU).
These panels are intended to provide alarm and other information
to ON DUTY personnel when they are away from the Operator
Station. The alarms and other information at the WBU and the
WCU panels are displayed on LED-type displays (alarm groups)
or LCD-type displays.

1.3 Installation and cabling

The WBU and WCU panels are wall-mounted to a bulkhead at
their location as either a flush-mount or a surface-mounted (on
wall) unit. Details regarding cable size, connections etc. are
provided in the installation drawings for your installation.

1.4 Commissioning
Each WBU and WCU panel contains identification and address
information as part of its software program. This information
allows each panel to identify itself to the “plug and play” function
of the WCS software program. When the panels are connected

16 319753/A
System description

to the Controller Area Network, the WCS software program

searches, identifies and connects each WBU and WCU to its
(resident) computer.

1.5 Test facilities, fault finding and repair

A SYSTEM FAIL indicator is provided for the continuous
testing of each WBU and WCU unit. The indicator will become
illuminated (lit) if the panel has failed or if communication with
the CAN is lost.
If a panel has failed, simply replace the failed panel with a
replacement spare panel.
If the failure is in the Controller Area Network, please refer to
the manufacturer’s documentation for information regarding the
test programs and connection information which is necessary to
test and repair the network cable or cable interface board at the
remote operator station.
If one or more panels fail, the failed panel will be ignored by
the WCS (until it is replaced) and the remaining WBU and
WCU panels will continue to operate. The software program’s
“plug and play” function will recognize and accept the new
(replacement) panel.

1.6 Specifications
Communication
Alarms are received by the Alarm & Monitoring System’s remote
operator station via a Local Area Network (LAN). The Watch
Calling System forwards these alarms and other communication
via its Controller Area Network (CAN). Both the LAN and
CAN are commercial communication networks using standard
protocols.

Self-check function
The WCS software program monitors communication with each
panel (WBU and WCU) connected to the CAN. Each panel has a
SYSTEM FAIL indicator which illuminates when the panel has
failed or communication with the WCS is lost.

Operating the Watch Calling System

2 OPERATING THE WATCH CALLING SYSTEM

2.1 Introduction
This chapter contains the information which you need to operate
the Watch Calling System. This Chapter assumes that the
WBU panel is connected to the Controller Area Network at the
bridge, and that the WCU panels are connected to the CAN in
the relevant ship’s cabins and public areas. It is also assumed
that power has been applied to the CAN and the panels, that the
CAN has been tested, and that the CAN and the WBU and WCU
panels are functioning properly.

Database tables used by the Watch Calling System

The WCS is designed to enhance the operational features of a
larger Alarm & Monitoring System. For its operation, the WCS
uses the following information (which is already resident in
database tables in the larger Alarm & Monitoring System):
• The Classification Society database table (which is usually not
changed after commissioning).
• The alarms-grouping database table (which contains alarm
inputs for the Alarm & Monitoring System).
Certain changes to the larger system (for example, changes which
inhibit alarms in the larger system) will also affect the WCS
because it is designed to work together with the larger Alarm
& Monitoring System.

WCS database tables

The WCS creates its own tables of locations and addresses for
the WBU and the WCU panels. The WCS software program
reads these addresses which are in each WBU and WCU as part
of the WCS “Plug and Play” function. The WCS also has tables
for defining its operations:
• The CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY table (which is usually
not changed after commissioning)
• The OFFICER QUALIFICATION table
• The SHIP’S OFFICER-POSITION for selecting ON DUTY
OFFICER
• The OFF DUTY PANEL MODE table
• The PANEL CONFIGURATION table

Kongsberg WCS

2.2 Repeat alarm feature

The Watch Calling System receives alarm conditions from an
Alarm & Monitoring System, and forwards the alarms such that
they do not go unacknowledged, but that an appropriate response
is achieved.
The WCS includes a repeat alarm feature which distributes the
alarms (using three sequences) to ensure that the alarm does not
go unacknowledged.
1 The first-time/original alarm is relayed to:
• The area designated as WATCH RESPONSIBLE
• The ON DUTY officers WCU panel(s)
• The WCU panels in all public areas
2 The second-time/1st repeat alarm: After a defined time
has elapsed, if the alarm remains unacknowledged, it is
repeated and relayed to:
• The area designated as WATCH RESPONSIBLE
• The ON DUTY officers WCU panel(s)
• The WCU panels in all public areas
3 The third-time/2nd repeat alarm: After a defined time has
elapsed, if the alarm is still not acknowledged, it is repeated
and relayed to:
• The area designated as WATCH RESPONSIBLE
• The WCU panels for ALL QUALIFIED OFFICERS
• The WCU panels in all public areas

2.3 Operator interaction locations

Your interaction with the WCS occurs at the mimic displays at
the Operator Station (OS), and at the WBU and WCU panels.

Mimic Page at the Operator Station (OS)

The primary man-machine interface for the WCS is at the
monitor connected to the Operator Station. Operator interaction
with the program is mainly to define the links in the mimic
pictures on the monitor which is connected to the computer.
These mimic pictures provide a simple means of defining the
following basic WCS features:
• Who has WATCH RESPONSIBILITY
• Which officers are ON DUTY
• Updating the Officer Qualifications
• Calling Officers
• Off duty panel mode for defining the panel’s off duty response

20 319753/A

• Panel configuration for defining the “officer position-group”

Mimic Display interaction

Interaction with the OS mimic display is normally achieved by
using the (left) control button on a mouse, a trackball or the
ENTER-key on the keyboard or operator panel, for controlling
the cursor at the display. If present, the CRP is used for control
purposes. The TCP is used for mimic navigation.

The normal procedure for interacting with the mimic display is to:
1 Set the cursor onto the item to be selected by using the
mouse or trackball.
2 Press the (left) control-button on the mouse or press the
ENTER-key on the keyboard or the operator panel.
3 Ensure that the selected item is highlighted.
4 Make the change to the selected item.

Mimic Display pages

The different WCS mimic displays available for operator
interaction will be shown at the remote operator station. Each
installation is custom-prepared so although the examples used in
this Chapter are general in type and content, the mimic displays
with your installation will be similar and their interaction is the
same. The mimic displays most frequently used with the WCS
are:

WBU and WCU Panel Operation

Description of the panel’s controls and indicators, as well as brief
operator instructions for using the panel and responding to alarms
are described by the Operator Manual accompanying the K-Chief
500 system. Simple cleaning instructions are also provided.

2.4 Selecting the WATCH RESPONSIBLE location

from the Mimic Display
The ENGINE CONTROL ROOM is the default WATCH
RESPONSIBLE location. Use the following procedure to select
an alternative WATCH RESPONSIBLE location:
1 Place the cursor on the location to be defined as WATCH
RESPONSIBLE.
2 Select the new responsibility location. The new location
indicator will flash until acknowledged and accepted at the
new location, e.g. the WBU panel on the bridge.

319753/A 25
Kongsberg WCS

3 The indicator will switch to steady illumination in the mimic

display to indicate acceptance of watch responsibility at the
selected location. The indicator for the originating location
is switched off (not lit).

2.5 Selecting the ON DUTY Officer from the Mimic

Display
The officer to be assigned ON DUTY must have qualifications
which comply with the ON DUTY assignment. The system
verifies each duty assignment by checking the officer
qualifications table. A message will appear on the screen if the
officer is not qualified for the assigned duty. The following
example shows the procedure for selecting an officer for engine
duty:
1 Place the cursor on the officer position to be defined as ON
DUTY Officer.
2 Select the new ON DUTY Officer. The selection will be
high-lighted in the mimic display.

3 Assign the selected officer for engine duty.

2.6 Calling the ON DUTY Officer or “All Officers”

from the Mimic Display
From the mimic display at the ROS, you can call the ON DUTY
officers, or all officers with engine or cargo qualifications, or with
engine and cargo (multipurpose) qualifications. The following is
an example for calling all qualified officers (Call All Engine) and
for calling the ON DUTY officers (Call Engine Duty):
1 Place the cursor on the officer to be “CALLED”.
2 Select the position to be called. The selection will be
highlighted in the mimic display.

26 319753/A
Operating the Watch Calling System

3 Select ACTIVATE CALL as the action to be performed. The

call indicator will be switched ON (lit).
4 Repeat the procedure to cancel the call (CANCEL CALL as
the action to be performed. The call indicator will be switch
off; i.e. not lit).

2.7 Defining the “Officer Qualifications” from the

Mimic Display
Whenever an officer qualifies for a duty, or a new officer reports
aboard whose qualifications are different from the officer being
replaced, the qualifications table will need to be updated to
accurately reflect the qualifications of the officer. The example
shows a qualification change for the 3rd Engineer:
1 Place the cursor onto the Qualifications position to be
updated.
2 Select the officer position (3rd Engineer) for updating.
3 Check the selection by ensuring that text is highlighted.
4 Define the new qualification.

5 Press the ENTER key on the keyboard or operator panel.

6 Check to ensure that the new qualification is entered.
7 Repeat this procedure if other qualifications are to be
changed.

319753/A 27
Kongsberg WCS

2.8 Defining the WBU/WCU Panel “Off Duty” Mode

from the Mimic Display
The panels are automatically in ON DUTY mode when an
officer/group is on duty. In OFF DUTY mode, all panels can be
defined as either “active” or “passive”:

Off Duty ACTIVE

The panel will not sound an alarm but will continue to display all
the LED indicators and alarms.

Off Duty PASSIVE

The panel will not sound an alarm. LCD-type panels will display
“date and time” information only. Pressing the controls on a
LCD-type panel will display the alarms. (The LEDs on the
LED-type panels will remain dark).

2.9 Defining the WBU/WCU Panel Group (On Duty

Officer) from the Mimic Display
Each ON DUTY officer has a group of panels defined as
belonging to the officer-position. For example, the Chief
Engineer or the 1st Engineer has a number of panels at different
locations, each of which is defined as being in their “group”.
When the officer is ON DUTY, each panel at each location is in
ON DUTY active mode. Normally, each panel remains in the
“group” unless it is changed or replaced, or it is re-assigned to
another “group”.

28 319753/A
Operating the Watch Calling System

Use the following the procedure to re-define a panel “group”:

1 Place the cursor onto the panel to be re-defined.
2 Select the panel group.

3 Check the selection by ensuring that text is highlighted.

4 Select the new group by entering its numeric value from
the Groups list.

319753/A 29

5 Place the cursor onto the display area “APPLY CHANGES”

and press the left-button on the mouse. The change is now
selected.
6 To apply the change press 1 and ENTER.
7 Repeat this procedure if other group definitions are to be
changed.

Re-installing the Watch Calling System equipment

3 RE-INSTALLING THE WATCH CALLING

SYSTEM EQUIPMENT

3.1 Introduction
The Watch Calling System was installed, commissioned and
passed a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) which is valid for the
installed configuration. Although the addition of new units may
require a new SAT, it is possible to replace (existing) failed units
and maintain your SAT validity.
This chapter contains information for re-installing failed WBU or
WCU panels which are part of the Watch Calling System (WCS).
The Chapter assumes that the CAN network cable and all WBU
and WCU panels (with the exception of the failed panel) were
functioning properly before it was necessary to replace the failed
equipment. Refer to the chapter “RE-COMMISSIONING THE
WATCH CALLING SYSTEM EQUIPMENT” in this document,
for information to re-commission the new replacement unit after
it has been installed.

3.2 Help from Kongsberg

A backup of the commissioning information for your installation
should be available at your location. Normally, once installation
and commissioning are completed, very little operator interaction
is necessary for operating the Watch Calling System. If you
need assistance to re-install the WCS equipment, please contact
Kongsberg Maritimel.

3.3 Site and project drawings

Note
Use your site drawings to ensure your Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
remains valid.

Each installation has its own drawings for the installation and
project. These drawings define the wire size, connectors etc. for
your installation, so you must use them if you need to re-wire
your system.

3.4 Re-installation
Equipment inspection
Before re-installing the unit:
• Inspect the packing container for any sign of damage.

319753/A 31
Kongsberg WCS

• Remove the unit from its packing container and inspect if for
visible signs of damage.
• Check that the equipment received matches the inventory and
the unit it is to replace.
• Record any discrepancies from the inventory and/or visible
damage to the unit.

Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) precautions

Caution
Poor shielding connection can result in EMI, which can
degrade WCS operation.

The Watch Calling System equipment is designed to comply with

testing requirements for Type-Approval Certificates issued by
various Classification Societies.
To ensure that the WCS remains in compliance with
Classifications Societies’ regulations, take a few moments to
inspect the cables and connectors and ensure that they are in good
condition with no visible cuts on the cable shielding, deformed
connectors or separation of shielding strands from the connector
which could indicate damage and could compromise the EMI
precautions.

3.5 Replacing the network cable

The Controller Area Network (CAN) uses commercial network
cable.
If it becomes necessary to replace the network cable, use
the manufacturer’s instructions to install the new cable and
re-insert/re-connect each unit into the network cable.
The “plug and play” function of the WCS software will provide
the communication protocol and establish communication with
each connected unit.

3.6 Replacing the Operator Station (OS)

The Operator Station is part of a larger “Alarm & Monitoring
System”. Refer to the documentation provided with the Alarm
& Monitoring System for instructions to re-install and/or
re-configure the OS.
After the new OS is installed, first download your backup
program to return the Alarm & Monitoring System to normal
operation, then update the WCS information, if necessary.

4 RE-COMMISSIONING THE WATCH CALLING

SYSTEM EQUIPMENT

4.1 Introduction
This chapter contains information which is needed to ensure
that the Watch Calling System equipment (the CAN network
cable or Remote Operator Station) are operational after replacing
(re-installing) a failed WBU or WCU panel. The chapter assumes
that power has been applied to the ROS and to the CAN network
cable and the WBU/WCU panels, that the ROS and the CAN
network cable has been tested, and that the ROS, the CAN
network cable, and the WBU and WCU panels were functioning
properly. Instructions to re-commission the ROS are normally
contained in the Alarm & Monitoring System handbook.

4.2 Help from Kongsberg

A backup of the commissioning information for your installation
should be available at your location. Normally, once installation
and commissioning are completed, very little operator interaction

5 WATCH CALLING SYSTEM EQUIPMENT

MAINTENANCE

5.1 Introduction
This chapter is included to ensure that the Watch Calling System
continues to operate as close to maximum efficiency as possible.
The hardware panels Watch Bridge Unit and Watch Cabin Unit
are very rugged and highly reliable units. The WCS software
program includes built-in online tests and routine checks which
continually monitor the operation of each WBU and WCU
connected to the remote operator station via the network cable.

5.2 Help from Kongsberg

A backup of the commissioning information for your installation
should be available at your location. Normally, once the
installation and commissioning are completed, very little operator
interaction is necessary for operating the Watch Calling System.
If you need assistance to re-install the WCS equipment, please
contact Kongsberg Maritime.

5.3 Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance for the WCS consists of cleaning the
panels and checking the lamps at the WBU and WCU panels.

WBU and WCU panel cleaning

Caution
Cleaning with abrasive material or strong chemical
cleaning solutions is not recommended as these may
damage the panel print or its surface.

Whenever the panel becomes dirty or smudged, clean the front

panel with a solution of warm, mild soapy water. The surface
panel is spray proofed to IP 22 according to IEC 529.

Weekly lamp test of the WBU and WCU panels

Each week, press the LAMP TEST button to confirm that the
LEDs illuminate and the buzzer sounds (push SOUND OFF to
silence the buzzer).
If the panel test fails (no illumination on the panel and/or the
buzzer is silent), refer to the fault finding information in this
chapter. If one or more LEDs fail to illuminate, replace the entire
panel because replacing just the LEDs on the printed circuit
board requires the use of special tools.

5.4 Fault finding guidance

Caution
Turn “OFF” power before replacing any faulty part.

This section contains guidance for fault finding the Watch Calling
System whenever an error is detected. The troubleshooting
policy for the WCS is to locate the fault to a replaceable part and
to fit the new part. Replacement of any item not listed in the
“REPLACEABLE PARTS” chapter is not recommended. Faulty
parts returned to Kongsberg Maritime for repair should have an
attached description of the fault symptoms and error/status codes
and/or messages (if available).

General fault finding symptom analysis

The troubleshooting process can be simplified according to the
symptoms which are made apparent to the operator/service
engineer in the form of messages or observation of the general
status of the system. Observation of the general status of the
system can be, for example, unreadable messages on the Liquid
Crystal Display (LCD) panel, Light Emitting Diode (LED) is not
lit (illuminated), a pressed button does not appear to operate, etc.

Failure of critical part

This symptom can be recognized as a partial or complete
shutdown of the WCS. If the shutdown is only partial, error
messages may be received at the Remote Operator Station. Some
examples of critical part failures could be:
Failure Remedy
CAN network cable: Loss of all Check the Interface Board inside the
communication with all panels. Operator Station, or troubleshoot the
network cable as described by the
manufacturer’s handbook.
OS computer lock-up or system Re-start the OS as described by the
crash causing inability of system manufacturer’s handbook.
operation.

Panel failure (WBU or WCU)

This symptom includes function failure of the status panel
LED-indicators, display segments and push button controls.
Failure of LED-indicators and display segments will usually
be detected by the operator (visual sighting). The symptom
could be caused by loss of power to the WBU/WCU, defective
LED-indicator or LCD display, a bad connection, a faulty LED
or LCD display driver circuit. Replace the WBU/WCU panel
if these failures are observed.

WBU/WCU fault finding (troubleshooting)

The operation of the display-type and the alarm group-type WBU
and WCU panels is identical. The “plug and play” function of
the WCS software will provide the communication protocol
and establish communication with each connected unit. The
mounting frame contains the panels and boards, the LCD display
where applicable and the Termination Board (the WBU normally
contains two Termination Boards).
Use the operation instructions in this document to determine if
the WCS is operating correctly, and to check the operation of
the WBU and/or WCU:
• The “OPERATING THE WATCH CALLING SYSTEM”
chapter of this document provides information for re-defining
the panel “GROUP” and “OFF DUTY” mode, and instructions
to operate the WCS from the mimic displays.
• The Operator Manual for the K-Chief 500 system provides
brief operating instructions for the WBU and the WCU.
If the WBU/WCU is not operating correctly, the problem could
be the Termination Board or the WBU or WCU panel. Replace
the defective panel if necessary or replace the Termination Board.
Note
See the chapters titled “RE-INSTALLING THE WATCH
CALLING SYSTEM EQUIPMENT” and “RE-COMMISSIONING
THE WATCH CALLING SYSTEM” for instructions to install and
