According to the source, new York Law makers agrees to Legalise recreational cabnabis in the state

of Newyork. Now, new York is gouing to be the 15th state to legalise recreational cannabis. As, new
York was on the way to legalise recreational cannabis in the state from last few years.

According to the survey held, it was reported that more than 60% of the people voted to legalize
recreational marijuana in the state of New York.

According to the Wall of Street Journal, this law will allow all the +21 adults to freely use or buy, and
plantation of cannabis in their homes for the people of New York.

The cannabis Law legislation will set a new office for cannabis Management controlled by a Cnnabis
Control Board,

According to the report by CNN cannabis law makers of New York may impose 13% tax on every
cannabis products and strains.

After the cannabis legalization in New York, new group of laws may be set by cannabis control board
–

New York cannabis official would apply license policy for different steps for supply chain of cannabis
distribution, dispensaries, plantation, retails and sites.

Only 6 plants will be allowed to grow in each house by the Law.

50% of the license will be awarded to the social equity applicants like women owned business.

Legalization of cannabis doesn’t mean that you consume as much as you can, certain criteria will be
set up for the consumption of cannabis.

According to the report, some percentage of the revenue will go to the State Lottery fund for
