Thok, Son of Durin, was born into a proud lineage


of mountain dwarves, descendants of the
legendary Durin himself. Growing up amidst the
rugged peaks of the Misty Mountains, Thok
learned the ways of his people: mining, crafting,
and the art of battle. However, tragedy struck
when his clan's stronghold was besieged by a
horde of orcs, led by a powerful dark lord.

In the chaos of the attack, Thok lost everything.


His family, his friends, his home—all were
consumed by the flames of war. As the sole
survivor, Thok was left with nothing but grief, a
cursed Battleaxe stained by orc and dwarf blood
the like, and a burning desire for vengeance.

Haunted by the memories of that fateful day, Thok


turned to ale to drown his sorrows. He wandered
the mountains, seeking solace in the bottom of
every tankard he could find. But even in his
drunken haze, his determination to avenge his kin
never wavered.

Years passed, and Thok became a legend among


the mountain folk—a lone dwarf, always with a
tankard in hand, yet never shying away from a
brawl. His grizzled appearance and fierce
demeanor earned him the nickname "Thok the
Unyielding."

Though he may have lost his home and his


people, Thok clung to the dwarven sense of honor
and duty. He roamed the wilds, hunting down orcs
and goblins wherever he found them, hoping to
one day confront the dark lord who had brought
ruin upon his kin.

But deep down, beneath his gruff exterior and his


love for ale, Thok carried a heavy burden of guilt
and grief. He blamed himself for not being able to
protect his clan, and his heart longed for the
chance to set things right, even if it meant facing
his own demise in the process.
