1. What do you need to use this PowerPoint presentation?

PowerPoint (.PPTX, PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 365, new)

2. How can I change the footer information (logo)?


- On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Slide Master.
- In the thumbnails on the leaf, click the slide Master or title Master that you want to
change.
- On the slide master or title master, make the changes that you want.
To return to normal view, on the Slide Master View toolbar, click Close Master View.

3. How can I change the background?


- On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Slide Master.
In the thumbnails on the leaf, click the slide Master or title Master that you want to
change.
- On the slide master or title master, make the changes that you want.
- To return to normal view, on the Slide Master View toolbar, click Close Master View.

4. How to set color themes (XML) in PowerPoint (Windows)?

Please copy all les from the folder “XML Files” to this folder:

Windows 7 (Option 1)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Of ce\Document Themes 15\Theme Colors

Windows 7 (Option 2)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Of ce 15\root\Document Themes 15

Windows 8 - 10
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document
Themes\Theme Colors

If your PowerPoint was running during the process of copying les, it is necessary to
completely close and restart it for changes to take effect.

5. How to set color themes (XML) in PowerPoint (MAC)?
Please copy all the les from the folder “XML Files” to this folder:

MAC (Option 1)
MacintoshHD > Users:YourUserName > Library > Application Support > Microsoft:Of ce
> User Templates > My Themes > Theme Colors

7. How do I create my own color theme and apply it to all the slides in my
presentation?

For MAC: Select the tab Design > Colours > Customise Colours...
For Windows: Select the tab Design > Variants > Colours > Customise Colours...

In the window that opens, set the desired colors and color theme name. At the end,
click the "Save" button. Your color theme will appear in the general theme list, and all

the colors you set will be applied immediately to all the slides in your presentation.
