June 24, 2023


12:00-1:00
I learned how to restring my acoustic guitar and play 3 beginner chords(g chord, cadd9,
and d chord). After that, I was introduced to the tabs app which shows me all the songs I
can learn and what chords they require.

July 8, 2023
11:00- 12:00
I continued to practice the chords I learned before and tried to play The Joker by the
Steve Miller Band

July 10-July 11th, 2023


Both from 1:00-2:00
For both days, I took the time on my own to practice everything I’ve been taught so far
and learn how to play a Em chord which would come in handy later on.

July 15, 2023


12:00-1:00
I began learning the strumming patterns for Sweet Home Alabama and practiced other
strumming techniques.

July 22, 2023


11:00-12:00
Continued to practice Sweet Home Alabama and then learned chord patterns for Stand
By Me. After that I looked on the tabs app for other possible songs to learn at some
point.

July 24- July 26, 2023


All days from 1:00- 2:00
Practiced on my own for strumming and mainly tried to practice the picking pattern for
Sweet Home Alabama.

August 5, 2023

I checked in with Hanegraaf to see my progress so far and then continued to practice
playing Sweet Home Alabama.

Did some more practice with strumming and tried playing Lucid Dreams and Worldstar
Money.

August 9, 2023

Continued to practice playing Sweet Home Alabama and practiced picking patterns for
Lucid Dreams. Also began looking for songs to use in Senior Boards.

Practiced Lucid Dreams and tried to learn Stairway to Heaven on my own.

Practiced Worldstar Money in study hall during the school day. Also did some more
strumming practice

September 19, 2023

Practiced Sweet Home Alabama and Worldstar Money again during study hall and also
tried to play Lucid Dreams.

Brushed up on all the past stuff I learned because I got a little rusty after a while.

Continued practicing everything I learned and tried to play Behind Blue Eyes

Practiced picking patterns for Behind Blue Eyes and practiced Worldstar Money as well.

Brushed up on all songs again and practiced chords and strumming for Hells Bells.
Learned chords for Sweater Weather

Worked on Sweet Home Alabama and Hells Bells and also practiced chord patterns for
Sweater Weather.

Continued to practice Sweet Home Alabama, Sweater Weather, and Worldstar Money. I
also started to learn the picking patterns for Take What You Want by Post Malone.

April 13, 2024

Repeated what I did on the 11th but took more time with Sweater Weather and
Worldstar.

April 17, 2024


6:00- 7:00
Ran through Hells Bells, Sweet Home Alabama, and Sweater Weather. I also practiced
more of Take What You Want.
