Many of our faculty are experienced practitioners who have a penchant for
interactive classroom sessions, ensuring that the content is par with prevalent
industry demands. We follow a robust "learning through doing" practice, and
our students are well equipped to deal with unstructured situations
successfully. Frequent conferences and industry interaction not only allow for
the exchange of ideas but also stimulates research. The rich alumni base of IIT
Roorkee provides an opportunity for the students to engage with the industry's
eminent personalities.
The two-year intensive MBA program is designed to imbibe students with
much sought after traits like dedication, discipline, and compassion, enabling
them to be suitable for today's dynamic business environments. I am confident

in enabling the successful completion of the final placement process at DoMS,
IIT Roorkee.
Since its inception, the institute has been strengthening its position as one of
the nation's premier B-Schools. The addition of many new recruiters and the
fruitful results in the placements can be owed to the placement committee's
hard work and the support of the entire teaching and non-teaching body of
the institute. There was an upward trend in the diversity of roles offered, and
the number of roles offered. This adds a lot to the institute's spirit and is a
testament to the institute's continuous endeavor to persevere and succeed.

FOREWORD

The Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee is proud to announce the


successful completion of the placement process for the MBA Batch of 2020-22.
With a substantial increase in the number of offers, DoMS has received an
