In this world, we keep pace with rapid changes in modern technology. And our ability is
to study every development in the IT industry in real-world technology. And as a student and intern
at TaskUs, I was part of an IT Support organization to deal with technology challenges that others
struggle with and lack the ability to troubleshoot or develop a unit. My role is to help everyone
who is struggling and doesn't know what to do. And I know that I can handle whatever problems
and challenges are given to me to help and improve my skill when it comes to IT Support.
My role as an IT Support is not a game because the time and effort that needs to be given
must be right when it comes to the troubleshooting and configuration of a system I have witnessed
and tested that you need to be skilled and know how to get along with everything that is an
organization. And as an intern, IT Support is supported by our IT Supervisor Sir Cedric John Paul
Adap who has a guide on which one should be done in a unit so that a task can be sure to resolve
the issues and problems when it comes to errors and troubleshooting. With TaskUs, if you are in
an IT organization, your knowledge of basic troubleshooting, advanced keyboard shortcuts, and
other learning in PowerShell will be improved.
It is not easy to manage a time when the tasks do not have a supervisor's guide or plan
because an intern may do something wrong such as getting/pulled-out a unit with a different
serial/asset tag from a record that is a task is wasted or ignored. But nevertheless, the work schedule
was smooth and sufficient because there is a time record which can be seen if there is too much
time at work as.

The most memorable experience at TaskUs is that even if you are tired from various tasks,
the joy of each intern is still there when you work together to complete each task given to you and
never give up. Even in the short time that each intern and supervisor were together, I felt that they
accepted me and that they looked at each other equally, not raising or holding each other down.
And the bonding during break time is to talk and give knowledge. And I was with my fellow interns
from different universities from FEU - Cavite, Adamson, TIP (Technological Institute of the
Philippines), PLM (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Manila) and they showed their care and their
welcoming during the first day of an internship. And when the supervisor said that you are the best
batch of interns at TaskUs, it's just a good feeling that the time and sacrifice every hour has been
rewarded. This is the feeling when you give your best every time as an intern.
And I will never forget the TaskUs Merchandise that was given to us by our recruiter,
Ma'am Michaela Campos, who was very responsive in chat, and emails if other concerns about
time, schedule, and so on. And I am also grateful to the person who supported and guided me while
I was an intern at TaskUs and who gave me new knowledge in the future and the supervisor and
the co-intern who gave support and teamwork in various tasks even though I was tired and we can
withstand every trial.
The difficulties that I encountered were that in the first week of my internship, I did not
know every process or procedure in the world of IT Support, but as the days passed and the
knowledge of IT Support, I was able to grasp every process. which should be done by an IT
professional with the help of the supervisor and co-intern.
As I experienced reimaging and reprofiling a unit that did not memorize the process but
when I got used to what was being done and the IT environment at TaskUs. For each task that I
don't know, I study each process so that each process can be known and even discover each solution
to the problem. You know the solution when you are familiar with the step of what you studied
and each problem in the task and how the strategy for each is in the plan to easily provide a solution
to each problem. As I did, I studied the step and the guide given by my supervisor and the one by
my intern on how to give a solution to each problem. And for every problem that I don't know yet,
like every task that is given, find out the step or guide to give a solution to every problem.
