Important Information
1. Teams are expected to arrive at 8:00 AM (Day 1) and 8:30 AM (Day 2).
2. It is compulsory to attend Opening Ceremony.
3. All students shall be in their respective school uniform ON BOTH DAYS.
4. It’s mandatory that all schools shall bring their SCHOOL FLAG (which shall have a provision to put
it on a Flag Post). They shall also be ready with a team leader who will carry the school flag on
stage. The flags should be submitted at registration counter on day 1. The Flags will be returned
after the closing ceremony. Please make sure that team leader collects the flag after completion
of the event.
5. Use of mobile phones and any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited (unless it’s
permitted/ authorized by organizing authorities) in the school premises. Anyone who is found
violating this instruction will not be allowed to compete.
6. Mobile Phones shall not be used for any other purpose except research or preparation for
competition like clicking pictures, selfies or any other misuse which may lead to spoiling of school
decorum and discipline. Please restrict the usage of mobile phones.
7. The participating schools shall not request for replacement of participants in any of the
competition / no new entries will be entertained.
8. Teams / Participants shall bring their own props, music instruments, costumes, make up kits,
stationary etc. which are required for their participation in respective competitions.
9. The organizing committee of Learning Paths School reserves the right to make any changes in the
rules, criteria, and schedule. The decisions will be binding on all teams and authority to disqualify
any participant / team for not competing fairly remains with the organising committee. Judge’s
decision in all the events will be final. No request for reconsideration will be entertained.
10. Profane or obscene behavior, language, gestures, and other vulgar acts of the participants will
lead to disqualification from competition.
11. Learning Paths School and its organizing committee will not be responsible for loss / damage of
any equipment like mobiles, laptops, musical instruments, cameras etc. Each school will be
responsible for their personal belongings.
12. Pick up and drop facility (including security during travel) shall be the complete responsibility of
local schools for their participants.
13. The schools who are staying in hotels (at Mohali, Chandigarh) shall be provided pick up and drop
facility from hotel to venue by our school. Kindly send the request for the same in advance at
[email protected]. Please mention hotel address/ contact number, number of students
and accompanying teacher’s details.
14. Kindly make sure that there shall be no damage to the property or any equipment of the school.
15. Participants will be provided tea, snacks and lunch with in the school premises on both days.
16. All students are requested to maintain the decorum and discipline all through the Conclave.
17. The registration fee is non-refundable.
