Annexure A: Terms and Conditions
You shall be governed by the following terms and conditions of service during your internship
with NullClass, and those may be amended from time to time:-

1. Integrity and Originality: The integrity of your work is paramount. Any form of
plagiarism, including but not limited to copying code and content from others, will not
be tolerated. If such an incident occurs, NullClass reserves the right to terminate the
internship immediately.

2. Data Privacy and Security: Upholding the confidentiality and security of all client and
company data is a critical responsibility. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy
towards any breach of these guidelines.

3. Data Privacy and Security: Interns must strictly adhere to our data security policies to
protect company data, with a zerotolerance approach to any violations.

4. Creativity and Initiative: Your creativity and proactive initiatives are not just welcomed
but encouraged at NullClass. Contributions that exceed expectations will be
recognized.

5. Ethical Standards and Enjoyment: We believe in maintaining high ethical standards and
finding joy in your tasks. We expect you to integrate these core values into your daily
activities record at https://dailyreport.nullclass.com for evaluation.

6. Stipend and Certifications: You will be eligible for a stipend of ₹3,000, along with
certifications, contingent upon meeting our performance criteria and completing
assigned tasks successfully.

7. Training Completion: The commencement of your internship is subject to the


successful completion of our training. To initiate your internship, please email us at

8. Feedback Culture:We foster a culture of open and continuous feedback. Engage freely
in this exchange to foster both your growth and the betterment of our team.

9. Termination Policy: This internship may be terminated by either party by providing a


written notice of 10 days.
