EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Brief Description of the Project

Food and clothes are two most basic needs of the human beings. Food that

people intake to feed the stomach which hunger and clothes that cover the human

beings' nakedness. As a saying goes, history repeats itself especially on clothing and

trends that from year to year, fashion differ, new styles every year.

In today's highly competitive environment, it is increasingly difficult to differentiate

one business from another. The proponents’ main priority is to establish one business

that would give customers satisfaction in a simple way. The business aims to sell the

products that are of the highest quality, as well as keeping the customers happy with the

product categories from food to boutique, which offers hamburgers and fashionable

clothes.

Hamburgueza y Boutique is a spanish term for hamburger and clothing line

business. The proponents had decided to adapt Spanish environment to easily catch

the attention of people.

The business will open Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm. Hamburgueza y

Boutique will entice youngsters to bring their friends with the innovative environment,

variety of hamburgers, unique and trendy styles of clothes. The business also provides

excellent and friendly customer service to support the ambience of fun and youthful

lifestyle.

The objective of the organizational structure is to maximize the forces which

provide for its feature. It also shows the lines of authority among them and the specific

positions of the members of the organization. The manager of the Hamburgueza y

Boutique shows the highest authority in the business. She will be responsible for the

overall management and in making decisions. It will be followed by the workers who will

be responsible for the overall production processes and operations of the business.

The major resource of the business is manpower that supplies their physical

effort in order for them to accomplish their specific job or task in the business. The

business initial employees will include two (2) females for the counters, one (1) male

cook for the kitchen area, one (1) Maintenance, one (1) male server under the burger

station, one (1) sales lady under the clothing station, one(1) Sewer and one (1)

designer. They will be on their assigned works during open hours. Each employee will

work for 8 hours per day.

Project’s Contribution to the Economy

Maximizing profit somehow is the main purpose of the other organizations why

they choose to compete in this kind of industry but they tends to lose its track because

they’re not prioritizing the welfare of the society. They must inject extra care to this

people who contributes to the success of the business. Other than focusing on self-

wants and interest, the proponents include the community on their desires, hoping to

build positive image in the market.

Any business establishment could contribute to the Philippine economy if they

properly comply with their corresponding taxes. The Hamburgueza Y Boutique would

exert much loyalty in paying mandated fees, taxes and licenses, ergo the enterprise is

indirectly contributing part of its profit to the general public to be used to fund

government projects.

By the fact that the business creates job, the possibility of the enterprise to

expand business operation will need much workers, somehow the enterprise

contributes to the prevention of increasing unemployment rate of the country.

they served as the foundation of the business. The enterprise would also take good

care of the nature by complying with the government ordinances and promoting

Description of the Product

target market. When it comes to developing a product, the design, quality, packaging,

features, after-sales service, and customer service should be considered.

The business will offer food and fashionable clothes for the target market. In the

food category, the proponents will offer hamburger and fries, which in demand foods

nowadays. Alcoholic drinks will not be sold in our outlet, as Hamburgueza y Boutique

promotes a healthy and positive combination of Filipino and Spanish lifestyle. Instead,

we will offer juice drinks to complement the hamburger and fries.

Hamburgueza y Boutique primarily sells Hamburgers and Fashionable clothes.

Main products will be sold are: hamburgers, fries, juice drinks, male and female

merchandises.

Burger Station

Hamburgers are available in regular size. Customers can choose among the

following ingredients:

The business has its own recipe for the patty. In making the recipe, the

The place may include the location of your business, distributors, shop front,

PRODUCTION PLAN

Production Process

For Burger Station

The Burger will be process once a customer ordered. While the production of

patties will be done weekly to make sure that patties are in god quality. Here is the

process in making Hamburgueza Y Boutique Patties:

• Combine all the ingredients.

• Make a 2-inch-wide indentation in the center of each with your thumb to prevent

the burgers from bulging when fried.

For Boutique,

The production of the items under the boutique will be done every other day.

Since the business has only one sewer. The average production daily is (16) sixteen.

Since a worker has 8 hours every day. Every item is expected to be done every 30

minutes.

Fixed Capital

Fixed capital includes the assets and capital investments that are needed to start

up and conduct business, even at a minimal stage. These assets are considered fixed

in that they are not consumed or destroyed during the actual production of a good or

service but have a reusable value.

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

Form of Business

Single proprietorship is a business unit owned and managed by only one person.

proprietorship. Hence, the investor and the business are essentially one. The sole

proprietor, possesses all the assets. He takes all the profits and assumes all the

liabilities. Taxation is based on oneness. This means that his income from the business

is taxed as a personal income. Disposal of the business and its assets is fairly simple. In

the event of death, the business and all its assets may be passed by virtue of a will.

3. Vacation leave(s) should be submitted and must be approved one (1) week

before the vacation date.

4. The wages and salaries of the employees will be paid semi-monthly.

Pre-Operating Activities

Legal Requirements

One of those is the legal requirements needed for the registration of the

business. To avoid conflicts regarding the existence and execution of the business’

operation, the proposed business ensures that it conforms to the requirements that

govern business in the Philippines. The necessary requirements needed to be

accomplished are as follows:

I. Registration of the Business name at the Department of Trade and Industry

The registration of the business name at DTI will prevent duplication for the

business to establish its own identity. The applicant shall pay an amount of Php 500.00.

An application form shall be filled out and submitted along with two (2) passports – size

pictures, a birth certificate and three (3) business name proposals.

II. Application for Mayor’s Permit

The application for the Mayor’s Permit must be filed with the Office of the

Municipal Mayor. The following requirements are needed for filing: Community Tax

Certificate, Barangay Permit, 2x2 Picture, Location Sketch, DTI Certificate and BIR

Certificate. Clearances of the following forms are also needed: Sanitary

Permit/Clearance, Market Clearance, Zoning Clearance, Real Property Tax Clearance

(RPT) and Municipal Treasurer’s Clearance. Then, payment for all the necessary fees in

the Office of the Municipal Treasury including assessment of taxes, fees and charges

and all documents mentioned will be made. Finally, bring the application form and the

for processing of Business Permit with the following requirements: OR of Taxes, fees
