*BOOKING PROCEDURE -*

1) You have to book tour with deposit of 40% of package cost.

2) You have to pay more 40% of your package cost/1 month before journey.

3) You have to pay rest 20% during your/thorough Driver or Manegar.

*CANCELATION POLICY -*
1) 20% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour cancelled within 60-120 days of schedule
date of journey.

2) 25% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour cancelled within 30-59 days of schedule
date of journey.

3) 40% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour cancelled within 10-29 days of schedule
date of journey.

4) 50% of Package Cost will be deducted if the tour cancelled within 7-10 days of schedule date
of journey.

5) No amount will be refunded , if the tour cancelled within 7 days of schedule date of journey.

6. If any tour cancelled due to Natural Calamity, Pandemic Disease, Strike, Political Disturbance
or any unavoidable circumstances, the company will not be responsible for that. The paid
amount will not be refunded.

*TERMS & CONDITIONS -*

1.The said sightseeing in the tour plan may be changed due to any circumstances of the spot.
Company may not be liable for that.

2. Lunch/Dinner timing may be delayed due to onspot situation.

3. Prebooked HOTEL/HOMESTAY/RESORTS may be changed due to any reason.

4. If any spot is closed, Company will not be responsible for that. Authority may change spot or
reschedule the tour plan as per current situation.

5. You should obey & maintain the Govt. Policies for any special spot. And then extra cost will
have to borne by the tourists.

6. The Booking Amount will be NON -REFUNDABLE.

7. In case of of unavailability in the given hotels, alternate accommodation will be made in a

hotel of similar category.

8. Any unused services of the package will not be adjusted or refunded.

9. Transportation / Car service will be offered point to point as per the itinerary and not on
disposal basis.

10. Meals other than specified in inclusions above will not be part of the package cost.
11. Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the calcellation policy.

12. In case the tour is extended/rescheduled for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost
will have to be borne by the tourists.

13. Management will not undertake any liability towards any losses, damages of lives &
properties or any other belonging whatsoever of the tourists, caused by any
theft/robbery/accident or fine due misbehaviour of the tourists.

14. You must carry Valid Voter ID card & 2 copies of Passport size Photos. For children Birth
Certificate & Photos

*CHILD POLICY -*

1. Upto age of 4 ( four ) years free of cost.

2. 4-7 ( four-seven) years 60% of per head adult cost.

3. Above 7 ( seven ) years count as an adult.

4. You should have to submit valid age proof of children at the time of booking.

*INCLUDING DETAILS -*

Accomodation, Transportation, Meals, mentioned Sightseeing.

*EXCLUDING DETAILS -*

Train tickets, train foods, mineral water, guide charges, Tips, personal cost, any rides
(Pony/Horse/Gandola/ Boat/ Water Sports/Paragliding, Jumping, etc), entry/parking fees, any
safari (Zeep/Elephant/Jungle etc), Dry food, Taxi/Auto/Zeep fare, Permits & Permition cost,
medicines, porter charges, gandola, Pahelgam local, sonmarg local, shikara ride and any other
cost not mentioned into inclution.

*** MANAGEMENT WILL NOT UNDERTAKE ANY LIABILITY TOWARDS ANY LOSS/ DAMAGES OF
LIFE& PROPERTIES OR ANY OTHER BELONGING WHATOVER OF THE TOURIST. CAUSED BY
ANY ACCIDENT/ THEFT/ ROBBERY/ ROAD JAM/ STRIKE/ OR ANY OTHER HAPPENING DURING
THE TOUR.

- YOU HAVE TO VISIT MALL AREA VIA TAXI OR WALK (OWN COST).

- DUE TO ANY ISSUES IF ANY SIGHTSEEING HAS BEEN NOT HAPPEN COMPANY WILL NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.

CHARGES ANY CANCELATION.
