Cindy: Recognition Day is the culmination of all hard work and a year of study. A year of gaining
knowledge and learning new things. A year worth of friendships, challenges and
oppurtunities. It is the day when we, students can say, “I’ve done it”. Today ladies and
gentlemen marks another milestone in our life and in the history of our school, St. Julian
Academy, as we gather and celebrate success on this 53rd Recognition Rites.
Nuno: Our loving and supportive parents,visitors, our unrelenting and dynamic mentors, welcome
to our 53rd Recognition Day Program of S.Y. 2018-2019 of St. Julian Academy. To formally
open this morning’s recognition rites,may we call on our supportive and dynamic principal
Miss Cecilia J. Melancio.
(Opening Remarks)
Cindy: That is very heart-warming words of welcome. Thank you for that warmth opening remarks
Miss Melancio. It has been said that the quality of person’s life is in direct proportion to his
or her commitment to his excellence, which results to the sweetest fruit of their success.
Ladies and gentlemen let us now proceed, to the awarding of academic excellence and
special awards for the elementary dept.

Nuno: At this moment may I request Msgr. Ely Rafael D. Fuentes PC,.PhD, our school director, to
be assisted by Ms. Cecilia J. Melancio, our principal, PTA president, __________________
and ______________________, our alumni president to give the medals and certificates.
To start with, let us call on Ms. Jade Irish Almirante the kinder adviser to call on the names
of her pupils.

(Calling of Academic Awardees)

Cindy: The fruits of hardwork are sweeter than the sweetest of nectars. Here are the special
awardees of Grade 1 to Grade 6.

Nuno: Let’s give a big round of applause to the honor pupils and special awardees of the
Elementary Department.
This day is not only giving of honors and awards to our pupils and students but this is a
perfect day of giving genuine praise for our small kids, and that’s the moving –up ceremony
of the kindergarten pupils.
And now, let’s move on to the presentation of candidates for moving – up. May we call on
Miss Cecilia J. Melancio, our school principal to do the honor. After which, this will be
followed by the confirmation of the candidates by Msgr. Ely Rafael D. Fuentes PC., PhD,
school director.

Cindy: That was the presentation and the confirmation of the candidates for moving up in
Kindergarten. At this juncture, dear kindergarten pupils the merit you have been waiting for
has finally come. You will receive your certificates as symbol of your success. And now we
will proceed to the distribution of certificates. Once again may I request Msgr. Ely Rafael D.
Fuentes, our school director and Miss Cecilia J. Melancio, principal, to give the certificates to
the candidates for moving –up. May I call on Ms. Jade Irish Almirante, Kinder adviser to call
on the names of her pupils.

Nuno: Congratulations kids.At this moment, to welcome our kindergarten pupils to Grade 1 level,
let us lend our ears to Rainielle Chem Engada, a grade 1 pupil.

(Words of Welcome)

Cindy: Thank you Rainielle for that very warmth welcome. Let your faith be bigger than your fears.
With God nothing is impossible.
To break the monotony of the program, let us all welcome our kindergarten pupils as they
render their special song number entitled “Im Ready to Go”.

Nuno: Let us give them a reverberant round of applause. Thank you very much. Time has come
when we have to reap the fruits of the seeds which we have sown; the time to receive the
rewards of our hard toil and labor. Without much further ado, let us proceed to the awarding
of academic excellence and special awards to the junior high school dept. Once again, may I
request Msgr. Ely Rafael D. Fuentes, our school director and Miss Cecilia J. Melancio to give
the medals and certificates. To start with, may I call on, Ms. Joie May Mirar, Grade 7 adviser
to call on the names of her students.

Nuno: Here are the special awardees of Grade 7 to Grade 10


Cindy: Many wants for being recognized, but a few are worthy of recognition. It is worth it because
you guys work hard for that recognition. Congratulations to all of successful junior high
school students of this year 2017-2018. At this point, let us pay attention, pin our ears, to
the man of the hour, our School Director, Msgr. Ely Rafael D. Fuentes P.C Ph.D. to give his
closing remarks.

Nuno: Thank you, Msgr. We are so pleased and delighted to your words. This concludes our 52nd
Recognition Rites. Congratulations Everyone. Thank you for coming and for God be the
Glory. Please all rise for the singing of St. Julian Hymn.
