Dear Governor Pacquiao,


I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere interest in the Secretary II
position within the Provincial Legal Office of LGU Sarangani, under the administration of
Governor Rogelio Pacquiao. With my background in process control inspection, project
management, and a strong commitment to community empowerment and environmental
conservation, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the legal affairs of
Sarangani Province.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Mindanao State University-General
Santos City, and I am currently pursuing my Juris Doctor at Mindanao State University
College of Law General Santos Extension. My academic background has provided me with a
comprehensive understanding of societal dynamics and legal principles, which I believe will
be beneficial in analyzing and addressing legal issues within the Provincial Legal Office.
During my tenure as a Process Control Inspector at PhilBest Canning Corp, I developed skills
in supervising operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality
standards. These experiences have equipped me with a keen attention to detail and a thorough
understanding of regulatory frameworks, which I believe are valuable assets for the role of
Secretary II within the Provincial Legal Office.
Furthermore, my role as a Project Manager at the Sarangani Province Empowerment and
Community Transformation Forum (SPECTRUM), Inc. provided me with extensive
experience in managing projects aimed at fostering sustainable development and community
engagement. I have successfully led initiatives such as:
Project i-REDUCE (Intensified - Reducing Effects of Destructive and Improper Plastic Waste
Disposal through Upgraded Community Engagement): This project focused on mobilizing
multi-stakeholder networks and empowering local communities to address the issue of plastic
waste disposal in the Sarangani Bay Protected Seascape. Through collaborative efforts, we
promoted waste collection, educated on proper waste segregation, and strengthened waste
management policies to protect our environment.
COVID Pulse PH: In collaboration with ZEP PH 2030 and UNDP Philippines, I contributed
to the implementation of a rapid response survey through Facebook messenger chatbots to
gather insights from poor and vulnerable families during the COVID-19 pandemic. This
innovative approach facilitated the assessment of socioeconomic conditions in real-time,
providing valuable data for policy-making and intervention strategies.

Covid-19 Risk Communication & Community Engage ment and Vaccination Rollout
(RCCE) Project: As part of a partnership with SPECTRUM, Inc., CARE International,
Cargill CSR, and MINCODE, I led efforts to address gaps in community engagement and
vaccination rollout at the barangay level. Through strategic planning and coordination, we
ensured effective communication and mobilization to promote equitable access to vaccination
and combat misinformation.
I am inspired by Governor Rogelio Pacquiao's commitment to inclusive governance and
sustainable development, and I am eager to contribute my skills and experiences to the legal
affairs of Sarangani Province. With a strong dedication to integrity, professionalism, and
service, I am confident in my ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the Secretary II role
within the Provincial Legal Office.
