Dear sir,

I am writing this email due to the very poor service that I and my family
received on 13 July at your En restaurant. I am very dissatisfied with the
attitude of the staff as well as the quality of the food.

Firstly, the service is very slow. It took almost an hour for my food to
arrive. What made matters worse was that after waiting so long, the
waitress brought the wrong food and she had to change it. It made me feel
quite uncomfortable because it also took a long time for me to order the
menu.

Secondly, the attitude of the service staff of the restaurant is really poor.
When my whole family sat at the table, more than 10 minutes later still
no one came to service us. Only when I called did the staff come and her
service attitude was very indifferent, and that led to her bringing the
wrong dish to me.

And lastly, the food is of very poor quality. The food brought up was
horrible, they were cold and the fish dish was undercooked. There's even
hair in the pasta dish. That made me feel extremely disappointed because
of the quality of the restaurant.

Considering all of that, I feel that I need to be compensated. I also suggest


the restaurant should review and improve your service and food quality as
it is bad for your customer's health.
