Method Statement for LEETSTEEL STIFFENER SYSTEM –

Skim Coat Finish for AAC Block/AAC Panels – 100/150mm thk

Step 1. Remarks

Apply Cement Grout/Motar onto


precast panel/ blocks when integrating
with LEETSTEEL Stiffener System.

Step 2.

Apply Cement Grout/Motar onto the


stiffener such that the layer of cement
motar/grout flushes with the surface of
precast panel.

Step 3.

Apply Cement Grout/Motar onto the


surface area where LEETSTEEL stiffener
and precast panels/blocks are
integrated. Lay the fibre mesh/Skim
coat mesh onto the wet cement
motar/grout.

Step 4.

Skim the surface


5mm to 8mm
thick.
