Learn how x “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)” error while trying to
run programs (cmd.exe, AutoCAD...) in Windows 10/8/7.

Method 1. Perform clean boot

Method 2. Run SFC (System File Checker)
Method 3. Using Regedit.exe
Go to path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\LoadAppInit_DLLs
Change iLoadAppInit_DLLs value data from 1 to 0
