CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

6.1 Summary

In conclusion, the Student Result Management System is a valuable tool for educational
institutions to efficiently manage and communicate student performance data. It provides
administrators, teachers and students with a centralized platform to access and analyze academic
results. The system offers features such as result retrieval, report generation, and user
management, facilitating streamlined workflows and effective communication. Additionally, the
database implementation ensures secure storage and retrieval of student information. Through
comprehensive testing, the system's functionality, usability, performance, and security are
thoroughly evaluated, resulting in a reliable and user-friendly solution. The Online Student
Result System contributes to enhancing educational processes, promoting transparency, and
enabling informed decision-making for stakeholders involved. The system meets all the
requirements and objectives set out for the project, and it can be easily integrated into existing
educational systems. We have learned many valuable lessons throughout the project, and we are
confident that the system can be further improved and enhanced to meet the changing needs of
educational institutions. With ongoing development and improvement, the system will continue
to be an indispensable tool for managing student results in schools and educational institutions.

Student result management system is an online website and can be used at any place, any time
and by any student This application will avoid the calculation and simplify the process of
visualizing results by students The main objective was to enhance and automate the management
and declaration of students’ results using a computerized system. A well-defined, efficient,
controlled and managed information system or software based on web technology storing,
processing and providing information through the internet. The objectives were achieved by
following a process model such as system analysis, design and System implementation. The
system analysis was composed of two activities, requirement determination and structuring.
6.2 Challenges faced in preparing the graduation project

There are many challenges that I faced while implementing my final year project. Some
challenges include:

-- Time management: Difficulty balancing project work with your other commitments such

as coursework, part-time jobs, and personal responsibilities.

-- Lack of resources: I had difficulties accessing resources needed for my project, such as

data.

-- Technical Difficulties: I encountered problems with my project due to technical challenges

such as errors in my code or problems with my hardware.

6.3 Future Work

This project student result management system this is a new system I hope to implement many
important things may God bless my students in different parts of the school It is expected that the
attendance of students and teachers will be increased it is possible to find out that the teacher has
taken care of himself Finally, the student result management system the page to add a payment in
the future that participates in the collection of all payment system, to string then the general
security system and to protect the data system parts of the database that contain important
information such result management system. The system requires a page refresh to restore the
page and the return to the system when same thing is charged, such as adding or removing same
thing

6.4 Constraints and challenges

During the process of developing this project, we have faced some obstacles and constraints.
Some of these complications related the topics and to the study of the project, and others related
to the design and implementation of the project. Some of these challenges faced on include the
following:

 Designing of the project was the difficult challenge that we have faced since
more alternatives are considered.
 Challenges to learn how employee performance and reward web application
function, and their technologies.
 Other challenges have existed include lack of time, which also was one of the
challenges faced during the implementation of the system.

6.5 Experience gained

A lot of experience has been obtained during preparation of this project which included
a background of study that helped us for understanding and knowing deeply for student
result management system literature review provided by knowledge of existing systems
of student result management system, and also it helps to recognize weakness and
strength of developing a system by making a comparison of the system that is going to
be developed with three existing systems which are related to it. Methodology study
also identifies the software engineering methodology for any software engineering
systems, analyzing and designing systems described methodology. The most and
effective experience gained during this project is how to collect requirements from user
and doing practice in analyzing the gathered requirements to achieve the objectives of
the system.
