INSTRUCTIONS TO I PUC AND II PUC STUDENTS ATTENDING OFFLINE CLASSES IN THE COLLEGE CAMPUS
[PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THEM STRICTLY]
1. DRESS CODE
a) I PUC Boys – Formal wear and shoes, short, neat haircut, clean shave.
b) II PUC Boys – College uniform and shoes, short, neat haircut, clean shave. College ID card is a must.
c) I PUC Girls – Salwar Kameez / Churidars – Dupatta is a must; simple footwear / shoes. Decent hair do.
d) II PUC Girls – College uniform and black slip-on shoes / shoes. College ID card is a must.

2. COLLEGE TIMINGS / REPORTING TIME / ENTRY & EXIT


a) Class timings: Mon to Fri: 9:00 am to 3:40pm Sat: 9am to 11am followed by extra-curricular activities.
b) Classes begin at 9am. Students must report at 8:45am in the morning.
c) All students must enter and exit through the main gate of the campus.
d) No student is allowed to leave the campus during working hours without the permission of Principal/
Vice-Principal/Lecturer Incharge.

3. COVID 19 SOPs
a) Parent’s consent form must be submitted by students on the first day of attending offline class to the
lecturer taking the first offline class of the day.
b) Face mask must be worn covering the nose and mouth, always maintain social distance. Use personal
hand sanitizer periodically.
c) Avoid crowding of washrooms and corridors between classes and during the break. Follow queue
system or go in a single line while moving to classrooms, laboratories, washrooms, etc.
CLASS REPRESENTATIVES AND STUDENT COUNCIL MEMBERS TO ASSIST THE COLLEGE STAFF IN
MONITORING STUDENTS’ BEHAVIOUR ON CAMPUS WITH REGARD TO COVID SOPs.

4. MOBILE PHONES
a) Mobile phone must be completely switched off if brought inside the college campus.
b) Mobile phone will be confiscated and not returned if the MOBILE PHONE IS NOT COMPLETELY
SWITCHED OFF. Phone should not be in silent mode / flight mode / normal mode when inside the
campus. The reason of forgetfulness to put off the mobile phone will not be accepted.
c) No parent / guardian / relative is allowed to contact the student or vice versa using the student’s
mobile phone when on campus or during college working hours.
d) In case a situation arises where the student must use his/her mobile phone inside the college
campus, then prior permission from the principal must be obtained else the mobile phone will be
confiscated and not returned under any circumstances.
e) The college or its staff will not be responsible for any loss / damage of the mobile phone within the
campus.

5. STUDENT BEHAVIOUR & RESPONSIBILITIES


a) Carry all books and stationery as per the day’s timetable.
b) Dress neatly and present yourself in a dignified manner.
c) Speaking in English to communicate with fellow students and staff is a must when on campus.
d) 85% attendance in each subject is compulsory to be eligible to take up tests and exams.
e) Be regular and punctual in completing and submitting work related to the subjects.

f) If a student is found - using foul language, indulging in verbal or physical fights, inappropriate
behavior, damaging college property or causing nuisance inside or around the college campus, then
it will be seriously dealt by the college authorities resulting in the immediate dismissal of the student
from the college.
g) Due to the pandemic situation, utilization of campus facilities such as playgrounds, swimming pool,
basketball court, quadrangle and auditorium is restricted. Student activities are also restricted
temporarily.
