The best tool for collaborative time management where others can
also view my schedule is Google Calendar.
Here's why:
1. Accessibility: Google Calendar is accessible from any device
with an internet connection, making it easy for team members
to view my schedule.
2. Collaboration: I can share my calendar with others, allowing
them to see my schedule in real-time. This feature is helpful for
transparency and coordination within the team.
3. Integration: Google Calendar integrates seamlessly with other
Google Workspace tools, such as Gmail. It's also easy to
integrate with third-party apps for a more comprehensive time
management experience.
4. Reminders: Google Calendar allows me to set reminders for
tasks and events, ensuring I stay on track throughout the day.
5. Flexibility: I can easily adjust my schedule, add or remove tasks,
and update my availability as needed
