First and foremost, when working together to complete our lesson plan, my group and I ran into a
lot of challenges. When working on our tasks, the majority of us ran across difficulties, such as slow
internet connections, erratic schedules, and conflicts regarding which activities to include in our
lesson plans. Given how close the due date for our task was, we surely struggled to complete it.

Without a doubt, people would prefer to avoid problems if they have the power to. However,
obstacles will certainly arise in every group work. Each person in our group experiences frustration,
anxiety, and worry when confronted with the undesirable conditions that we refer to as problems. We
mostly used WhatsApp to communicate about our plans for our tasks because some of us live far
away from each other, as well as, we used Microsoft Teams to hold our meetings so that we could
complete our lesson plan as a group. As we encountered obstacles during our meetings and
discussions, such as a poor internet connection, the group as a whole became frustrated. Some of our
group members were unable to access the internet due to the inclement weather. We were unable to
achieve full attendance at the meeting because some attendees were disconnected halfway through
due to poor internet signal. We had to be prepared at all times because unexpected meetings would
occur because one of our group members only had a decent internet connection at the time.

We eventually came to our senses and calmly discussed a solution among ourselves. It was a
difficult process, but we managed to think rationally without pointing fingers or blaming others, even
when confronted with unavoidable obstacles such as limited internet access. As a result, in order to
complete our task, we meticulously rescheduled our online sessions, and we resolved to be patient
with one another. In terms of lesson plan activities, we decided that each person should suggest one,
and we would choose the best activity with the most reasons to include in our lesson plan assignment.
In the end, we finished our task ahead of schedule.

After everything we'd gone through, I was thankful that our efforts to finish our lesson had been
both educational and enjoyable. Well, I learned a lot while finishing the work, and I hope it will have
a big impact in the future. For example, the procedure of this assignment enabled me to hone my
empathy, patience, leadership, and cooperation skills with my group members. Furthermore, the
process strengthens not only our group bond, but also our friendship bond. This is because I am
collaborating with four of my close friends. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate my hectic
schedule, and I sincerely appreciated the effort we put in.

In conclusion, I truly hope that I will be able to contribute significantly to my work group.
Nonetheless, I am aware that nobody is faultless enough to manage everything and that mistakes are
inevitable. Not to mention that challenges in life cannot be avoided, particularly for students who are
having a hard time doing their schoolwork. If problems like these arise once more, I think the best
thing I can do is to approach them positively. I'm hoping that I won't give up easily and that I'll keep
coming up with ways to overcome any obstacles I may encounter in the future, especially when
working on assignments with other students in a group.

To begin with, as a group we feel that this assignment will be easy as we have done many
lesson plans before because of our past assignments in which we are instructed to do lesson plans.
However, we encounter a lack of time to discuss our assignment. This is because we are not in the
same group for all assignments, some have to do others first as it is near to deadline. To add, we do
have our personal issues that also have to be taken care of. For example, we decided to do the
discussion next week but suddenly another matter came up that cannot be done later on.

Furthermore, finding an activity to add and making sure it was appropriate for the students
was another huge problem we were dealing with. If we do have a concept of an activity we should do
for the students, we need to think about if it is in line with the curriculum and whether it is appropriate
for them. This aspect truly requires all of us to use our minds. To add, after having a long
conversation about the activity we have to check back, to see if the activity is good enough with the
time available. To give you an example, group assignments are given to the students in the class, and
they are expected to present their work. However, due to time constraints, we have to make a few
adjustments, and now only the group representatives are required to present their work in front of the
class.

Next, in the link to the first paragraph, I am truly grateful that we have jot downs the
necessary elements to do for our assignments. It is eye-opening for my friend and me to write down
key points if we have ideas for future references. This is because even though we have not yet done
the assignment we do have foreshadowing on how to carry on finishing the assignments instead of
nothing clue at all. Take for example, we wrote what year and themes for our lesson plans and the
teaching aids we are going to use.

Last but not least, I have learned from this experience to keep your cool no matter what
scenario you find yourself in. I really believe that when one loses control and lets their emotions take
over, eventually everything will go wrong because we aren't always able to think of other solutions.
For example, when I am in the middle of a discussion with my team members, I should talk with a
nice tone and choose wise words to avoid negative situation occurrence. To put it briefly, without a
doubt, there are difficulties in everything we do in life, and not everything we plan carefully will go
smoothly, as the proverb "Life is like a roller coaster" says. Resistance, patience, and how we deal
with it are key.

Greetings,

A lesson plan is a detailed description of the teaching sequence for a lesson produced by a
teacher. To be honest, the procedure is everything from straightforward. To have a better teaching and
learning process, the planning and selection of the optimal time and activities must be exact and
accurate. My group ran into a snag when creating lesson ideas. We couldn't figure out which student-
centred activities were most relevant to the topic while still resulting in a successful teaching and
learning process. Because today's learning is aimed toward 21st-century skills like media literacy, we
must create a lesson plan that is in accordance with current developments and demands.

For us, it was quite hard as we must incorporate a lot of items into one lesson plan. For
example, finding suitable activities for production steps and all of it has to be related to the topic, and
determining the time in every step, ensuring that it is enough to do such activities and that it meets the
learning objectives. So, we agreed to let each group member try to discover the greatest activity
linked to the theme, and then we would gather and discuss which one was the best. Obviously, we all
came up with different ideas, and each one has its own set of strengths and weaknesses. So, we decide
on what we've all agreed on and tweak some of the ideas to make it even better. We all worked well
together because we all accepted criticism and fresh ideas without being offended.
To be honest, the experiences we had with lesson plans were excellent since the experiences
we gained from performing a variety of different themes and types of lesson plans in the past were
quite beneficial. Furthermore, we have learned about 21st-century skills and the characteristics of
student-centred activities. To add, our own lecturer, Miss Audrey, helps us a lot because she is one of
a kind; she always gives the best opinions and truly teaches us how to create a truly effective lesson
plan, such as teaching us how to write learning objectives that must be measurable and provides us
with examples to help us understand even better. For my part, I've found appropriate activities and
attended every meeting that we've held. Well, for my team members, I believe all share my
viewpoints, which is why we can all work well together.

Overall, this experience has taught me a lot. Tolerate and sacrifice my rest time but it was all
worth it for me, and my future.
