the groundbreaking restaurant project within COLOMBO PORT CITY. Known for our innovative
spirit and commitment to excellence, we are thrilled to infuse the vibrant energy of this
modern metropolis into a dining experience like no other.

Understanding the project's impact on Colombo's culinary landscape, Culinary Mavericks aims
to develop a dining establishment that resonates with locals, businesses, and tourists alike. Our
vision is to blend regional flavours with global culinary trends, creating an extraordinary dining
experience that mirrors the dynamic spirit of COLOMBO PORT CITY.

Our primary goal is to enhance restaurant operations for maximum efficiency and customer
satisfaction. By conducting a thorough review of the current workflow, we plan to implement
practical solutions and identify areas for improvement, focusing on elevating culinary
consistency and quality for a delightful dining experience every time.

charter helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and the project is on track to meets
its goals.

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
The Project Management Institute’s PMBOK® Guide—Third Edition defines WBS as “a
deliverable-oriented hierarchical decomposition of the work to be executed by the project
team to accomplish the project objectives and create the required deliverables. It organizes and

Action Plan
“In project management, an action plan is a document that lists the action steps needed to
achieve project goals and objectives. Therefore, an action plan clarifies what resources you’ll
need to reach those goals, makes a timeline for the tasks or action items and determines what
team members you’ll need. We’ll define what project goals, project objectives, action items and
action steps are later in this guide.
An action plan documents the execution of the project plan; it’s a detailed list of the work that
must be done to complete the project goals, including the action steps that are involved in
getting from the start of the project to the finish. An action plan is similar to a project

unique restaurant in the centre of Colombo Port City has been an exciting project driven by
