SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, NORMA D. OÑAS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of Brgy. Sta. Ana, Batad,
Iloilo, have named constituted and appointed and by these presents do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
AND APPOINT, ATTY. CYRIL CLEOPE FRANCISCO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and residents of
Brgy. Lupit, Batan, Aklan to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead
to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

 To process/facilitate, claim and receive the Owner’s Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. EPT-
21568 registered under the name of NORMA D. OÑAS before the office of Department of Agrarian
Reform (DAR), Iloilo City;

 To sign, execute and acknowledge all pertinent papers and documents in relation thereto;

 To perform such acts as maybe necessary to carry into full effect the power herein conferred and to do
any other related and/or incidental task that may be needed to fully and effectively carry out the
authority herein conferred upon him.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do or perform if personally present and
acting in person, and hereby Ratifying and Confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
