SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, ROLINDA SUCGANG DAVID, widower, ROVIC DAVID QUIDATO, married, and
ROSEVIL DAVID LAO, married, all of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of Poblacion, Batan,
Aklan, have named, constituted and appointed and by these presents do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
AND APPOINT FLORENCIO S. DAVID, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and resident of
Poblacion, Aklan, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:;

 To follow-up and process the documents with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), ROD, DAR
Office, Malay Municipal & Aklan Provincial Assessor’s Office, and Department of Environment
and Natural Resources (DENR), Kalibo, Aklan and Iloilo City Philippines, and all government
agencies or private offices concerned, necessary in the processing as well as for the transfer of
title and tax declaration in my name covering a parcel of land designated as Lot No. 151 situated
at Poblacion, Batan, Aklan, containing an area of 230 square meters, covered by a Tax
Declaration NO. 17-05-001-00462 under the name of David, Victorioso;

 To process and submit documents for the computation of taxes and other fees of the above-
mentioned parcels of land; To secure/get BIR Tax Identification Number, certified copies of tax
declarations, PSA death certificate of our deceased predecessor Victorioso David, and all other
pertinent documents needed for the issuance of transfer certificate of title/tax declaration thereof;

 To execute, sign and deliver deeds and/or documents as may be required in relation thereto; To
pay the necessary fees and receive and acknowledge receipt of the tax declaration, title and other
papers and deliver the same to me; and

 To be my duly authorized and legal representative and counsel to negotiate and represent me in
settling all the dispute involving the above-described property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could lawfully do and perform if personally
present and acting in person, and hereby Ratifying and Confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.

hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT JOSE ROSELLER C. SUPERIANO, of legal
age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of 1006 Roxas Avenue, Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines, to be my
true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things, to wit:

To secure the copy of the latest tax declaration of Lot No. 89, Csd-06-013329 (AR)
(Ident. To Lot 8. NR-06-000025 (AR) located in San Joaquin, Pandan, Antique with an
area of 7,279 square meters, more or less.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could lawfully
do and perform if personally present and acting in person, and hereby Ratifying and Confirming
all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
