01 Hardware Requirements

Minimum Requirements of Android


smartphone

Note:

฀ The smart phone should have at least a 5” screen

฀ RAM-minimum 4GB and above(Mobile/Tab/Laptop)

฀ Physical memory (Free space) - minimum 4GB and above

฀ Operating system - Android 8 (Oreo) and above

฀ Tablet Screen size / Resolution – 7” minimum

฀ The mobile application can be downloaded from the
Google Play Store

฀ Users can search for LokOS App on the Google Play Store
and download the application

03 Training App (Demo) Identifier

LokOS Training App (Demo) and LokOS Live App differ in


terms of colour themes. Training app can also be

identified by the “Training App” text at the bottom and
along with the version.

1 Click ( ) install LokOS to install application

2 In next screen, wait for the application to be installed

3 Select ‘open’ to start the application

05 Starting LokOS App

1 Select State

2 Select Language

Note:

฀ English is the primary language, a secondary


language can be selected.

฀ If the user does not select a secondary language


then Hindi will be auto-selected.

฀ Uninstall and re-install the application if wrong


selections are made.

06 Permissions Pop-Up

Allow Camera Access

Allow Location Access

Note:
฀ Allow access to all three requests to be able to
run the application properly.

07 Login screen

1 Select Role

2 Enter valid username and password for login

3 Click on login button to proceed

Note:
฀ Internet connection must be on to complete the login
process.
฀ If the user enters wrong password more than 4 times,
then user will be blocked for 10 Min.
฀ All master data will be downloaded after successful

08 Generate Mobile PIN

1 Generate PIN

2 Successful Login

Note:
฀ After successful login, the user has to generate a 4 –
digit PIN on their mobile to access the application.

฀ Only digits are allowed (0 to 9).

฀ Both PINs entered should be the same for successful


PIN creation.

฀ The generated PIN will be stored in the local mobile


database, and it can only be used to access LokOS
application on that mobile only.

Forgot PIN

1 For subsequent logins, enter the generated PIN.

If the user has forgotten the PIN, pin can be reset by

clicking the “Forgot PIN” option.

3 Enter the password for generating new the PIN.

Note:

฀ In Forgot PIN option, Role and User ID will be prefilled.

Change PIN

1 To change the PIN, click “Change PIN” option.

2 Enter the old PIN

3 Enter the new PIN and confirm PIN

Note:

฀ To change the PIN, old PIN is mandatory.
