● You can use any phone number, mobile or landline, that is not currently associated with a WhatsApp
account to set up your WhatsApp account in Inbox.
● If you want to use a number associated with an existing WhatsApp account, you must delete the
account and then connect the phone number to WhatsApp in Inbox.
● Deleting a WhatsApp account will also delete the chat history associated with that account.
● Your phone number can only be connected to one WhatsApp account at a time, so you can't use the
same number for both personal and business accounts.
● Take backups of Chat for future purpose
Get started with Meta Business Suite.
1. Make sure that you have a Facebook account. If not, create one.
2. Go to business.facebook.com in a desktop browser. You will also use this address to log into Meta Business Suite or
Business Manager
3. Click Create an account..
4. Log into your personal Facebook account. If you don’t have an account, click Create account to sign up for one.
a. Enter your business details.
b. Business portfolio name. It should match the public name of your business or organization, since it will be visible
across Meta. It can't contain special characters.
c. Your name.
d. Business email. Meta will use this email to contact you about your business. It won't be visible to your customers.
5. Click Submit or Create to create your portfolio. You’ll get an email asking to confirm your business email address
6. Once you’ve created your business portfolio, you can link your business assets, such as Pages, ad accounts, datasets
and Instagram accounts.
