Activity 1: PASS THE BALL


Get a ball. Give it to the student who was sitting in the front. The students will
sing a song while passing the ball continuously until the song ends. The
student who got the ball when the music ended will be given a task to answer
the question.
Guide question:
 Recall the last topic that we had discussed.
4.2 Activity Introduction (10 minutes):

1. Begin the lesson by discussing the significance of front office service in the hospitality industry.
2. Explain that front office tools play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and providing excellent customer
service.
3. Emphasize the importance of familiarizing oneself with these tools to perform front-office tasks effectively.

Discussion (15 minutes):
