1. Tell me something about yourself?

Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself. My name is Govind and I am from Mathura
City in Uttar Pradesh. I am currently pursuing my bachelors in the IT branch from IIIT
Vadodara.
My technical skills include proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C and good command over
frameworks like spring boot, React. Also, I possess expertise in working with databases like
MySQL and NoSQL.
I did get selected for Amazon ML summer school last year and contributed to open source
in SWOC 2024.
My interests include cyber security, chess, and listening to music.

2. What are your strengths?

My strengths include technical proficiency in Java, React, and problem-solving skills.


Also, My time management skills are exceptional, and I'm well-organized, efficient, and
systematic. I enjoy excelling at my job.

3. Why are you interested in this job?

It's an honour to work for an established company like yours. As I researched the job
opening you have, I realized that my abilities align with your requirements. Through this
job, I can showcase my technical skills to help the company's development.

4. Would you like to work overtime or odd hours?

I understand that putting extra effort impacts the company's development, so I'm happy.
While I prefer regular working hours for maintaining work-life balance and productivity, I
am flexible and willing to work overtime when needed.

5. How do you handle stress, pressure, and anxiety?

During high-tension situations, I find it helpful to take short breaks to clear my mind and
regain focus. I also utilize deep breathing exercises to stay calm. Seeking support from
family and mentors has been valuable in finding solutions to complex problems.
6. Is there anything that makes you different from other candidates?

I stand out as a fast learner who quickly adapts to new technologies and concepts. My
ability to pick up skills efficiently and apply them effectively sets me apart from others.

7. Tell me about a time when you were not satisfied with your performance?

I wasn't satisfied with my performance on a College Bus Application project due to


unexpected technical challenges since I was not quite good in Android Dev at that time. I
sought feedback, learned new skills, and collaborated with the team to overcome obstacles
and deliver successfully.

8. What are your weaknesses?

One area I'm focusing on improving is public speaking. While I can effectively communicate
ideas in smaller group, I'm working on enhancing my confidence and articulation in larger
group presentations. I've been practicing by participating in workshops and seeking
opportunities to speak in front of diverse audiences
