Ensure the ECG machine is set up

Assessing Needs:
After assessing needs of nursing students of junior year using
Lecture and demonstration in skills lab. The teacher will identify
the ECG machine parts for the students and teach them how to
use the ECG machine effectively.

Learning Objectives:
After completion 2 hours teaching session, the students will be
able to :
1) The students will be able to identify ECG major
components.
2) The students will be able to identify the electrode
placement to perform a 12-lead ECG.
3) The students will be able to demonstrates how to apply
ECG.

Evaluation Measures:
1) Written quiz on ECG basics.
2) OSCE for ECG interpretation skills.
