No. 3, series of 2024

TO: FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME FACULTY

SUBJECT: TEMPORARY SCHEDULE OF CLASSES DUE TO CLASS DISRUPTIONS
DATE: April 2, 2024

In light of the recent class cancellations due to unprecedented events, we are implementing
a new schedule to ensure that learning remains uninterrupted and effective. Deans and teachers
must take proactive measures to ensure that the education calendar is not severely affected by these
disruptions.

To minimize the impact on the academic calendar, we require all teachers to adhere to the
following guidelines:

1. Given the unforeseen disruptions, it is essential to embrace flexible teaching strategies.

Consider utilizing online platforms, pre-recorded lectures, or alternative assignments to keep the
learning process on track. Provide students with clear instructions on how to access and engage
with these resources.

2. Teachers are encouraged to review their lesson plans and make necessary adjustments to
compensate for lost class time. Focus on prioritizing essential concepts and skills to maintain the
curriculum integrity while accommodating the schedule changes.

3. Stay vigilant in monitoring students' academic progress and engagement during this
transitional period. Encourage active participation through online discussions, quizzes, and
feedback mechanisms to ensure that learning objectives are being met.

4. All weekly classes will be conducted in the morning only from 7:30 AM until 11:30 AM.
Afternoon classes will be shifted to flexible learning. The temporary schedule of classes is
