practical life. In spite of the theoretical knowledge gained through

realities of the business world. He may have to face many
professional hurdles after his graduation; these will be difficult to
overcome without any first-hand experience of business. In this
context, weeks of summer training has been designed to make the
person aware of the happenings of the real business world. A project
training is a temporary endeavour, having a defined beginning and
end (usually constrained by date, but can be by funding or
deliverables), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives,
usually to bring about beneficial change or added value. The
temporary nature of projects stands in contrast to business as usual
(or operations), which are repetitive, permanent or semi-permanent
functional work to produce products or services.

employees and with their managers. For preparing this report I met

While preparing this report I had a great opportunity to have a


practical knowledge of recruitment and selection, performance
appraisal, compensation and practice of other related issues. They
have a great presence in the market. This scope helped me to collect
data easily about company.

LIMITATIONS
•Unavailability of relevant records and information in the organization
is a major constraint.

•There is various information that can’t be provided due to

security and other corporate obligations.


 Due to my lack of experience in preparing this type of extensive
report, there may be some mistake which is intentional.

DEPARTMENT OF WORK

Every organization needs to have multiple strategies and planning


which helps them to achieve their goals and get their business on
upper level. To manage the activities in the firm they distribute the
work and make different departments for a specific type of work to
increase efficiency, accessibility and making it easier for the
organization to undertake complex activities to achieve their goals.

 During my internship I worked in digital marketing department


of the company where I gained experience and learned many
new things of a business that how to sell and purchase well
and how a business works. And it has changed my point of
view and working attitude at some things for which I am
grateful because of thus I think I will remember not to make
mistakes in future.

 Working under the guidance and mentorship of Mr. Dheeraj


Prarthi has taught me many new things. She is very hard
working and encouraging women. She also became my
inspiration because of their attitude and hard work.
sometimes even she worked over time to complete office
work.

WHAT IS DIGITAL MARKETING

it's digital marketing.

Any type of marketing can help your business thrive. However, digital

accessible digital channels are. In fact, there were 5 billion internet
users globally in April 2022 alone.

From social media to text messages, there are many ways to use
digital marketing tactics in order to communicate with your target
