2 Employee , manager of NBAD bank, manager of FGB bank, HR


representative

[Scene: The calm offices of FGB and NBAD, where staff members
used to have a cozy and familiar workspace. Coworkers working
together on tasks and enjoying moments of friendship fill the hallways
with joy.]

Employee 1: (Smiling) I've always loved working here. The


atmosphere is so welcoming, and the team feels like family.

Employee 2: (Nodding in agreement) Definitely. It's rare to find a


company where you genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

[Enter the CEO of FGB and NBAD, followed by HR representatives,


their demeanor serious and somber.]

CEO: Good morning, everyone. As you may have heard, FGB and
NBAD will be merging to form FAB Bank.

[The room falls silent as employees exchange puzzled glances, the


news catching them off guard.]

HR Representative: With this merger comes significant changes.


Unfortunately, there will be a restructuring of our workforce to align
with the new organizational structure.

[Employee 1 and Employee 2 exchange worried looks, their once


comfortable work environment now tinged with uncertainty.]
HR Representative: Those affected by the restructuring will be notified
individually in the coming days.

[Days pass, and Employee 1 and Employee 2 anxiously await news of


their fate. The uncertainty weighs heavily on them as they struggle to
focus on their tasks]

Employee 1: (Voice trembling) Have you heard anything yet?

Employee 2: (Shaking head) No, not yet. I'm starting to get really
worried, though.

[Finally, the day arrives when the announcements are made. Some
employees receive notifications of termination, while others are
spared.]

Employee 1: (Visibly shaken) I can't believe it... I've been let go.

Employee 2: (Trying to offer comfort) I'm so sorry. This is devastating.

[As the reality sinks in, Employee 1 and Employee 2 are overcome
with sadness and shock.they realize there's nothing they can do to
change the outcome.]
Employee 1: (Voice breaking) I never thought it would end like this. I
feel so helpless and i dont feel like there is job security

Employee 2: (Nodding sadly) It's just so unfair. We gave our all to this
company, and they put us in a situation like this

[In the end, Employee 1 and Employee 2 are left to grapple with the
harsh reality of the situation. As they pack up their belongings and say
their goodbyes, they can't help but feel a sense of sadness and regret
for what could have been.]
