Pilot Training Program

*All initial training held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida unless


directed otherwise*

• Basic Indoctrination
• Ground training and FTD held at ground training facility in FLL
• Five (5) full flight simulator training sessions in FLL
• Loft (conducted in the right seat)
• Extended Envelope Training (EET)
• Operating experience
• Expect to be in training phase for at least 2-3 months
• Training pay = $1,500 monthly salary & $1,000 monthly
expenses prorated on a daily basis for a partial month.
• Spirit will issue iPads first day of class
• Flights provided to training from any Spirit destination
• Single occupancy hotel room and transportation provided
during class
• Access to training material on our Learning Management
System will be sent once a class date is confirmed
Note: All lodging/ transportation information will be sent
approximately 4 days prior to the first day of class.
