2person Legislative Developer Descriptive Flexfields
2person Legislative Developer Descriptive Flexfields
Disclaimer 1
Introduction 1
There is a common requirement, but not a global requirement, from customers to allow employees to
self-disclose specific legislative data:
This information is stored in the person legislative developer descriptive flexfield (DDF). The DDF is
added to the About Me > Personal Information > Edit > Biographical Information tab, but hidden
out of the box. The DDF and an associated header for the applicable legislation can be displayed by
using page composer personalization.
However, there a limitation that only the person legislative information for the primary assignment will
be displayed. So, if a person has multiple person legislative records, only one record will be displayed
and it will be the legislation of the primary assignment. The limitation is resolved in the upcoming
release 13 through bugs 25537124 and 25993181. Any page composer personalization completed in
release 12 will work in release13 without any necessary changes.
Country Segment
You can personalize the flexfields even after the page composer personalization file is uploaded and
published. Another option is to create your own personalizations without uploading the page composer
personalization file.
<EditBioInfoFuse.jsff.xml>
Note: If the Biographical Information tab is already customized, then you must download the existing
customization from Settings and Actions > Manage Customization and merge it with the above
customization file.

dialog:
1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search and click the Manage Administrative

press Search.
3. Change the site profile value to Yes.
4. Click Save and Close.
5. Click Home.
