“A MIAC RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE RESULT OF THE MIAC

TECHNICAL REVIEW AND ENDORSING THE PROPOSED SUB-PROJECT
PROPOSALS OF BARANGAYS/ICCs LA FLORA, CAUSWAGAN, SABANG GIBONG
AND MAHARLIKA TO KC-PAMANA IP-CDD FOR BATCH 3 CYCLE 1
IMPLEMENTATION OF CADT 077 TO REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUND IN
RESPONSE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC.”

WHEREAS, the municipality of Talacogon is a partner of KALAHI-CIDSS Payapa at

Masaganang Pamanayanan Indigenous Peoples Community-Driven Development (KC-
PAMANA IP-CDD)of the Department of Social Welfare and Development;

WHEREAS, the KC-PAMANA IP-CDD is the Department’s contribution to the Poverty

Alleviation Program of the present administration. Its strategies apply the widely known as
the Community- Driven Development which highlights Pre-Entry Activities, Social
Preparation and Project Development, Community-Managed Implementation, Community
Monitoring and Evaluation and Liquidation and Closing Stage in response to COVID-19;

WHEREAS, the duly appointed ICC representatives presented their respective priority
subprojects in the following order:

WHEREAS, the MIAC members assisted and guided the Project Preparation Teams (PPTs) in
the final preparation and submission of the technical project requirements as per indicated in
the project proposal checklist;

WHEREAS, upon checking the correctness, completeness and consistency of the documents
in the project proposals and the first tranche Request for Fund Release (RFR) documents the
MIAC members found that the herein listed projects passed the quality standards and have
complied the necessary requirements;

WHEREAS, all the processes, procedures, mechanics including rights and obligations have
fully discussed and understood by the stakeholders to include the ICCs specially the direct
project beneficiaries;

WHEREAS, after thorough review and deliberation of the presented Full-Blown Proposals
and Request for Fund Release, the MIAC members adopted and approved the proposals and
RFRs in accordance with the needs of the community and have endorsed the following
subprojects for KC-PAMANA IP CDD funding and implementation as programmed:

WHEREAS, the approved sub-projects provided to each barangay will be used in response to
the COVID-19 Pandemic and the body approved the LCC to be provided by the Municipal
Mayor and all Barangay LGU the exact amount and delivery schedule of which are reflected
in the Program of Distributions;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon mass motion by Maam Gina B. Gatab and Duly seconded by all
members present during the MIAC Technical Review, resolved, as it is hereby resolved to
ADOPT AND APPROVE THE RESULT OF THE MIAC TECHNICAL REVIEW AND
ENDORSING THE PROPOSED SUB-PROJECT PROPOSALS OF BARANGAYS
CAUSWAGAN, LA FLORA, MAHARLIKA AND SABANG GIBONG TO KC-PAMANA
IP-CDD FOR CADT 077 TO REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUND IN RESPONSE TO
COVID-19 PANDEMIC.”

RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit the MIAC-approved sub-projects to the Department of

Social Welfare and Development for funding by the KC-PAMANA IP CDD;

RESOLVED FINALLY that the second priority sub-projects from the result of the Rapid
Assessment of COVID-19 Effects/Impact (RACE/I) be elevated to the Municipal
Development Council (MDC) and other funding sources for possible funding.
